My Wolf 6 burner gas range oven, about 12 years old, kept shutting off on me. The power would just turn off and the oven would not be usable. I've worked with several appliance repairman before who always seem mystified on what the problem could be. Serge came out and was amazing in his ability to diagnose the problem. Very knowledgeable in his craft. Highly recommend! I will definitely be a returning customer for any future appliance repair needs.

Spectacular, the best appliance repair experience that I have ever received. Our Bosch washing machine had E23 error code and stopped working. It was a stacked unit and difficult repair to diagnose and access. Emil is the consummate professional: a skilled technician--who works efficiently--with very reasonable billing (aka very competitive pricing)!
I was having problems with an older sub-zero refrigerator and reached-out to multiple service companies. Emil from All Brand responded promptly and his clear, precise message made him the easy choice to move-forward with.
We scheduled the appointment for the following day; 15- minutes before scheduled arrival time, Emil called to alert me to his arrival.
He wore a mask, removed his shoes and put-on gloves before entering. He did a quick, efficient assessment of my refrigerator after carefully removing the items inside. He then explained his diagnosis and gave me an estimate of the anticipated cost. I authorized the work and to my surprise, he had all the necessary parts in his truck.
He made the repairs and worked seamlessly. He even discovered some additional minor problems, and made those repairs.
Upon completion, he put all of the items back into the refrigerator in a neat, organized manner.
When he presented the bill, it was actually less than he quoted!
I would not consider using anyone other than Emil of All Brands for future appliance repairs.

After a broken glass got shards everywhere, our Bosch dishwasher stopped draining during the cycle. All Brand Appliance was highly responsible - they came in the beginning of the time slot window and figured out the issue immediately and which part was damaged. While they had to order the part, they were flexible on scheduling - it was easy to get in touch over text - and then they quickly fixed the issue on the second attempt.

I've now used All Brand Appliance Repair for two separate issues, both times I received prompt and professional service with outstanding results. I had a washing machine in extremely tight quarters that needed repair. It was a tricky job and I was worried I would have to replace the entire machine. The team came out and got the job done. Most recently, I had a broken freezer, it was fixed that day in under an hour. He also went above and beyond to replace the filter so that the icemaker would work properly. All around very impressed.
