Another 5 stars! This time Leon came to fix drainage issues we had with our washing machine. He came the same day and promptly fixed the issue, with no additional fee. This was very helpful, especially during the shelter in place.

The response and service was fast and on time for the appointment. He was very professional on looking the problem explaining the solution and having the replacement part in his truck. The repair was completed in less than an hour.

I just wanted to say that the reviews seem to represent reality! I have a Samsung dryer and I barely could start to explain the problem and Leo already knew what it was just by moving the drum and explaining what was broken/breaking. He knew what parts to get and showed me a price. Returned promptly on the following day to repair the unit as planned - and it works perfectly! The warranty on the work will probably never come into play but it's nice to know they have it. Great experience and I'll use them again if needed.

I've now used All Brand Appliance Repair for two separate issues, both times I received prompt and professional service with outstanding results. I had a washing machine in extremely tight quarters that needed repair. It was a tricky job and I was worried I would have to replace the entire machine. The team came out and got the job done. Most recently, I had a broken freezer, it was fixed that day in under an hour. He also went above and beyond to replace the filter so that the icemaker would work properly. All around very impressed.

Omar is wonderful! So happy not to have to buy a new dryer, and keep this old workhorse running strong. Incredibly fast response, and estimate was spot on. He also gave us some tips for running the dryer more efficiently. Highly recommend!

We called about our dishwasher breaking. The repairman came to our house on a Friday and said he would come back next Monday or Tuesday with the part. I called to follow up with when he would come back and the person answering the phone was very rude and said it takes 3-5 business days for the part to come in and that they would call us. I waited until the following Friday and again the receptionist was rude and told me it takes 7-10 business days. She wouldn't tell me what part was taking so long, if the part was direct from the manufacturer or from a 3rd party (someone told me to watch out for that), nor when I could anticipate the repair happening. I wanted to start over with someone else, but I was told I would have to pay the $85 visit fee. So I waited 3 weeks and finally got a call to schedule repair.

I called for an appointment and was given a 9-11 window by Dmitry for the next day so I re-arranged my schedule. Brook called me the day of the repair insisting my appointment was from 11-1:30 and wanted to know why I was cancelling my appointment. I wanted to know why they rescheduled without my knowledge or consent. They keep insisting I canceled my appointment.
I called someone else who can clearly communicate.

Our Bosch dishwasher starting making noise when we ran it. I found All Brand Appliance Repair on Yelp. It was easy to message them and schedule an appointment. Emil came and diagnosed the problem right away. He went online, found the necessary part and ordered it while standing in our kitchen. I really appreciated the price transparency and the efficiency. He sent me a text when the part arrived and we easily scheduled the appointment to install it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. The whole process was painless and reasonably priced. I will DEFINITELY call All Brand Appliance Repair the next time we have appliance issues.

Not only did he instantly know what was going on with all three appliances that I needed help with, but also, (a) fixed the one that needed a quick fix, (b) advised me, based on my personal usage, whether I needed to make more expensive/involved repairs soon or later, and (c) was totally upfront about all expenses for parts and labor. My refrigerator failed to keep temperature and was running loud,so I called and spoke with a very nice lady who scheduled me for the same day service appointment. Oleg arrived on time, was very polite and professional, identified the problem right away, had a part in his stock and fixed my fridge the same day. What else would you dream off.
