If I could rate this company 10 Stars for customer service I would. We were booked for a rafting trip however unfortunately the fires forced our trip to be cancelled. However Scott (the owner) and his team were incredible with communication truly bent over backwards trying to accommodate us even though the fires were obviously not their fault. They took full responsibly of everything they could regarding taking care of their customers. Although we unfortunately weren't able to find another solution that worked for us with our timing, it had nothing to do with Scott and his team. They literally did everything they could. I really hope to get to take the trip with them next year. I highly recommend this company!
Additionally this company was highly well organized which also made us planning for the trip and making sure we had everything in order very easy. Their website making disclosure easy to sign and access was great.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aaron B.San Francisco, CA78295Aug 7, 2022
Just finished the 2-day Tuolumne river rafting trip with my Dad and brother, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Dustin was our guide and Horse (yes, that's his nickname!) was the "captain" of the trip, and I have nothing but great things to say about everyone and everything involved. Had a wonderful experience in the raft, the campsite, and the food was actually top notch (no joke, every meal was delicious and filling, no "camp" food here). Rapids were strong and fun, and at no point was Dustin not completely in control of the environment. I'll be back and bringing friends!

All-Outdoors is so great. I've rafted five different rivers with them, and each trip has been terrific. The guides are very friendly, and cover multiple rivers, so you often see friendly faces on repeat trips. Very safe, and a lot of fun.

First time my friends and I did white water rafting and our guide Anika gave us the best experience! She made us feel so comfortable and safe with her well rounded knowledge of the Merced River. Not once did I feel that I was in danger, that's how good she is! Definitely want to try again! Thanks Anika!

AO gave our family a wonderful day of rafting together. We had never been rafting before, so I wasn't sure what to choose, but finally settled on the South Fork one day trip. It was thrilling, beautiful and so much fun! Our guide Olivia was absolutely amazing! AO made it very easy for us to just show up and have fun. Thank you for a day that our family will always remember.

This was my 2nd time rafting with All Outdoors, and they are seriously the best! The guides are SO much fun and are very professional. They make the rafting experience such a great time. Customer service was great when trying to get information and choose the right trip! Already booked another trip this season :)
We went on the middle fork of the American River with Jesse, and it was a blast! He showed us good cliff jumping spots, did lots of fun games that made the day even better, and was so talkative. Great river!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Connie L.San Francisco, CA1225034Nov 24, 2020
Had an amazing experience river rafting, staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a party of 8 and went during off-season (beginning of November) so it was really cold but the view was beautiful. I definitely suggest going in the beginning or end of Summer so you stay warm. Just want to emphasize our guide was super super friendly and mindful of our needs (I had my period that day and the staff kept checking in on me).
Here are some tips if you go in November/cold season
- bring non-Cotton layers (they provide wet suits at an additional cost but you might still feel cold)
- bring extra clothes & shower items, there's showers on site but you need to bring your own shower stuff
- the drive from the meet up location and the actual river rafting spot is quite windy and far--if you get car sick, definitely take some motion sick pills
- lastly, communicate with your guide! They are extremely accommodating and understanding, if you have any access needs they'll know how to support youHelpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Florencio A.Panorama City, CA332717Sep 3, 2019
