Appliance Express Repair

Well I had another Appliance melt down and I called Leo at Appliance Express Repair and he worked his magic AGAIN! This is truly the GREATEST most BRILLANT repairman around! THANK YOU Mr. WONDERFUL!!!!

When I pay for the appliance repair myself, I want the best value. The repairman showed up on time to give an estimate only. It turned out that he had a part in the truck. About an hour later, my range oven was fixed. Very professional, friendly, and reasonable. Value it is!

My combination washer /dryer was not turning on, for whatever reason, and I had put a load full of wet clothes and detergent in the machine. I called Appliance Express Repair, and Leo made time for me in the late afternoon (after 6) to accommodate my schedule. It turned out to be a fairly simple fix, but I really appreciated his professionalism and his work ethic -- he showed up, as promised, and when he arrived, he went right to work. And he did not at all attempt to gouge. I would recommend this gentleman highly.

Warranty company sent them out to diagnose refrigerator. Did a through job, came up with the right diagnosis and promptly reported next course of action to warranty company.

Came half hour after my call, and fixed my fridge that wasn't cooling. Pleasant, efficient, focused.

Our ice maker stopped working in our fridge after 2 years. We have a 4 year service with GE so we called them up. They faxed over our information to Appliance Express Repair and told us to give them a call to set up an appointment. We called on Monday and left a message. No return call. We called on Tuesday and left a message. Again. No return call. We waited a day, called on Thursday. No return call. Finally on Friday we called GE again and they gave us a new place to call. I would NEVER use appliance express repair. Horrible.

Dishwasher was not working and Appliance Express Repair came in 2 hours time to fix it. Leonid fixed the problem and I am now done handwashing my dishes. Thorough, prompt, efficient and quick.

I have a washing machine that had developed a leak, and a slight rattle/noise problem with my dryer. I called and made an appointment with Appliance Express. (This was over the July 4th 3-day holiday weekend, so I wasn't assuming that I would hear back until the beginning of the work week, Tuesday. By then, the leak had stopped so there was no immediate emergency.) On Tuesday, I heard early on from Leon at Appliance Express about setting up an appointment. He said that he could come out to my home on that day, but I was not able to be home for an appointment on that day (Tuesday), so we set up an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. Today (Wednesday), Leon came out on time. He was very professional. He set about testing the washing machine, and very shortly he discovered the problem and set about fixing it. Overall, he did the work in a highly professional manner, left everything in great shape when he had finished, and he answered any and all questions that I asked him about the washer and dryer. (The dryer is no longer making the rattling noise, and he agreed that he will return if the dryer noise returns.) All in all, I felt very satisfied and happy with the experience of having Leon from Appliance Express come out and do the repair work on my washing machine. Nice job! Thank you!

Excellent service - Leonid came out yesterday to fix my washing machine (through my home warranty service - BHWC). He arrived within the time window, he did some diagnosis, and now my machine is spinning well. Highly recommend!
