Vitalii responded promptly,friendly and came on time. I engaged his service to troubleshoot my outdoor pizza oven which many appliance repair does not do.
I threw in my outdoor patio fireplace problem last minute. He discovered that the lighter panel battery at the fireplace needs to get changed out. I am triumphant that he solved what seems like a silly problem we couldn't figure out ourselves.He did not charge me additional for solving that problem but I added some fees for him.

The compressor of my fairly new LG fridge gave out (which apparently is an endemic issue with LG fridges). Placed a yelp inquiry late at nite, and immediately got a response from Vitalli. By the next morning Vitalli came, fixed and replaced parts, doing all the tests and procedures needed to ensure the correct fix. Along the way he explained what he was doing/checking/fixing. I felt comfortable and completely reassured of his competence and honesty. He even helped with the paperwork for the warranty. I could not ask for better service. Trustworthy, honest, dependable! Highly recommended!

Vitalli came out to diagnose my leaky washer and had the problem pegged almost instantly. He clearly communicated what the problem was, walked me through the steps he took to diagnose the issue, and gave me a few options for solving the problem. Overall he was respectful, knowledgeable, and worthy of your money! He reminds me of craftsman from 20-30 years ago, more concerned about working hard and solving problems than making money. Only $60 for a diagnostic (my previous repairman charged DOUBLE that). Hire him!

Once upon a time, in the heart of our beloved kitchen, our trusty GE Monogram microwave decided to play dead. A sudden and unexpected demise that left us in a state of culinary chaos. My repair technician was awesome! He was punctual, explained everything, very polite and came willing to do whatever has to be done to fix my dryer! Very friendly as well. I suppose him being handsome isn't something most care about in this situation, but it was an extra bonus! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need for a repair! Great job! This company was wonderful at diagnosing the problem and saving us money. We had an issue with the sensor on the microwave and I requested Vitalii and his crew and two other companies through Yelp for a quote. Ultimately, it was above the price he quoted on the project and he did say it was a DIY fix through YouTube videos, but I realize it's tough to give a quote online without looking at the broken microwave but we will probably hire this company because of their knowledge at repairing many different appliances and recommending what is the best course of action at fixing the many various different appliances we have.
