I highly recommended Auto Detail Factory if you're looking to get your car detailed. Here are a few great things about their business:

-They reply to Yelp messaging right away. I was able to schedule an appointment on my iPhone within 5 minutes of contacting them.

-They come to the address you give them to service your car. This is so convenient; one of the worst parts of getting your car serviced is taking the time and energy to drive it to some random part of town to drop it off, and then relying on public transit/uber for hours, and then having to get to the random part of town again to pick it up. Auto Detail Factory comes to you! I really appreciated this part of their service!

-They are VERY prompt and professional. I made an appointment at 2 pm on a Thursday--they were there at 2 pm on the right day, and at the right place!

-They do an amazing job cleaning your car. After a rainstorm a few weeks ago, my car needed some TLC--somehow it had gotten wet so I had mold and mildew in the trunk and the whole car had an icky earthy smell to it. I had tried to clean it myself but could not get rid of the smell, and was feeling desperate. Auto Detail Factory made my car look amazing inside and out, and the smell faded away immediately. They were very responsive and attentive to my concerns, as well.

-The price is right! For over 3 hours they worked on my car, a sedan, and it was less than $200.

These guys did a great job on my bike. It'd been sitting in the garage for a year and was completely dusty and grimy. They did a really thorough job:
- cleaned out the cooling fins on the engine, which is always a pain.
- buffed out all the burned tree-sap that was stuck on the chrome exhaust pipes.

I'm really excited to have found these guys. They came to my office in Menlo Park to wash and wax my car. They were on time and they did a great job for a good price. It was super convenient while I was at work - I didn't have to spend time taking my car in and waiting at a shop. I'm planning to schedule them for a full detail after the holidays.

They were prompt in arriving to my residence. Obviously convenient since they are mobile. Extremely thorough and detail oriented. Competitive pricing. Big bonus, they are enjoyable to talk with.

I called and got an appointment the next day. Oscar completed the job on my car. He did an AWESOME job detailing and cleaning the interior of my car. I wasn't sure if he would be able to get rid of the some of the stains and dinginess in my car, but his work was excellent! The interior of my car looked new again! I highly recommend Oscar!

These guys did a great job on my super dirty car! It looks great and they gave me a great price - cheaper than every other detail shop I called, plus they had time to work on it right away and they even dropped it off to my house. I will definitely use them again!

My car looks like new!! The folks from Auto Detail Factory did an outstanding job detailing my SUV. They were on time, reasonably priced and did a quality job with my vehicle. I was so impressed with their work so much i made an appointment for my husband's car in a few weeks.

What can i say about this mobile detail guys there really great. My car was so bad shape with scratches paint had tree sap, I called these guys which they were really nice and friendly I made an appointment and they showed up on time. I couldn't believe how great my car turned out to i never thought it could be this good and by the prices these guys work with prices you really save a lot..now i know who to called i recommend this company for everyone..
