These guys doesn't really clean much. They rush through your car and miss a lot of places.

If I could have put a no star, I would have.
My sister has a new Lexus, maybe 2 months old. She took it to this carwash and they scratched it! When she confronted the attendant he refused to give his name (which was on his shirt). She got the owners name Lee Poston, and he was neither sympathetic or offered any kind of responsibility for the damage.
I send out a loud YELP! to my fremont people, DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH! your prize possession more than likely will come out damaged!!!

Traveling down 680 we ran into a bit of auto trouble. Gabriel at this station went out of his way to help.

Located at the intersection of Automall and Osgood (right across the street from Fry's) this 76 ProWash is one of the bigger and more popular car washes in the area. It doesn't matter what time of day you come, it's always busy. The last time I was here was Saturday Morning around 11AM and they were already stacked pretty deep.

While it's a big operation, it's also a pretty basic operation too. You drive though on Osgood side and tell the person what you want and then you take your car through the car wash. They have 4 different types of washing from as low as $7 up to $45. They also offer a wide range of detailing as well too and interior treatments too and if you get gas and wash, I believe the knock off $0.05 per gallon.

After you get out on the other side a person directs you to one of three stations based upon the wash where you leave your keys and they finish up the rest. I believe the wash took about 30 - 40 minutes for the whole operation. I used one of the coupons you can get one the back of your Safeway receipt to $10 for their basic wash so it wasn't that bad of deal.

The one major complaint I have about Automall ProWash is not necessarily the operation itself, but with a lot of people who come here. You get a lot of the Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, crowd at this car and they expect that for a $10 car wash, that their car wash should be equal to a $100+ detail job. I feel sorry for the workers here who get stuck with one of these customers who go around pointing to every little water drop mark on their car and have them vacuum their car a couple of times to get out every little grain of sand and then tip them like a dollar. If I got stuck behind one of these people, I know I would probably pop off about them being a cheap a-hole.

As to rating, they did an ok. I mean not much to complain about when you get a $10 car wash, but I think that since they specialize in doing mass quantities instead of say smaller better car washes, there was much to be desired. For the most part, if you're looking for good enough then Automall ProWash definitely fits the bill. Overall average rating of 3 stars for Automall ProWash.

They brake your items in the car that, very bad attitue form the girl who takes you order, first she act like manager and when she give me the paper to make report that she refuse tovput company name and address phone number on it, and telling me take the report copy and go, at this point that make me piss off, that report is nothink a pice of paper without her name or any of sinature and no company name, on that paper has nothing but my address my phone number I put down the report, what the hell I need this copy for? This care wash is bad customer service, if come here to wash car, who knows when and who will be next upsad customer. Be aware they have no manager on side and they even refuse to give you company contact number. Isn't that fxxx up ?

The car wash can definitely use more hands. Only 4 cleaners and 1 supervisor in the lot with backed up cars. This is going to be a long loo...ong wait today :(

One of the cleaner gas stations I visit on a regular basis.

I stop here when I need gas, imagine that. It is on my way to the 680 from City Beach and it is on the right. The place is well lit for the ladies, and, i guess anybody else who wants to actually be able to see what they are doing.

All in all I recommend this place if you need gas and it is on the right.

Four people scrubbing and vacuuming my car? Five stars for efficency and quickness! In and out in 20 minutes :)

I think this is the best car wash around Fremont. It's not the regular gas station car wash. They soap you up first and then send you through. There aren't the horrible bristles like the cheaper car washes have. When you emerge they hand dry your car and follow up with a pretty good, quick interior vacuum, clean the windows, mirrors, shine your tires etc.

Another yelper commented on the fact that her sister's lexus was damaged. It has been my experience that any issues that come up at this car wash will be quickly resolved. Based on their customer service, i'm sure that in the rare event something did happen they will send you somewhere to get it fixed/submit it to their insurance etc.

For the price and quality, this place can't be beat.

A bit out of the way for me, but this place is nicely lit and lots of pumps. The price is a little on the normal side (Warren is still much cheaper). I can't say anything bad about this place since I use it rarely, but on the occasions that I do, it's a good gas station.
