I had a lovely time buying my first cargo van from Chris. It is a Ford 2006 E250. Chris is extremely trustworthy. He arranged for me to get a new replacement seat and any missing jacks. The van is doing great. I took it from Oakland to Burning Man and the van performed flawlessly. The van was rigurously inspected before by Chris and his team of mechanics before I took ownership. I got my registration and pink slip in no time. Highly recommend and plan to buy more vehicles from Chris!

We recently bought our second Subaru from Chris of Auto World Fremont. The first Subaru he sold us 10 years ago had served us well, but needed to be replaced. After getting in touch, Chris gave us weekly updates on cars he found at auctions and we ended up with a 2018 Forester. The car has been great, was affordable, and Chris made the process very easy for us.

Bought a 2002 Toyota Avalon from Chris in 2017 @ nearly 300K miles. It just now had an issue that *might* require purchasing a new used car. I am coming back to Chris! Fingers crossed for another unicorn non-Subaru lol.

Met with a Chris for a vehicle viewing and test drive but ended up deciding not to purchase. Nothing was wrong with the car and everything Chris had told me was accurate (he'd sent me the Carfax & lots of photos in advance). Chris was very accommodating with setting up the viewing and even arranging for me to speak with the mechanics to better understand the condition of the vehicle (which was excellent for its age). When I told him my reasons for deciding not to purchase, he didn't pressure me or try to change my mind, but he did offer me some options to try and find something that would work for me. Although I didn't end up buying, he still generously offered me future perks as though I'd been a paying customer. Overall it was a great experience and it's clear that Chris is someone who goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are looked after and satisfied.

Chris helped me through the process of selling an old vehicle that had failed smog. He is very easy to communicate with and was able to give me an honest estimate of price over the phone and with texting some photos. He made the process very easy. In the end, my vehicle went to a different cause and was not sold, but I had been eager to complete the deal with Chris because he made the process so simple. Highly recommend if you want a stress free experience selling an old vehicle!
