Even though I didn't end up needing a new car battery, the guy who helped me was super friendly and helpful! He tested my battery for me and gave me some pointers. He was really honest to tell me my battery was still fine and wouldn't need a new one just yet and I could wait a while so I could save some money. On a weekday morning there were already 3 customers standing at the window waiting for someone to help them.

This seems to be an honest small business who really wants to help people! I'd definitely come back here when I need new batteries!

They're located on the left hand side of Nimitz hwy. there's a blue sign at the driveway so it's not easy to miss.

We were a member of AAA Hawaii for a couple of years and used their service of jumping our battery once during that time. It took them hour and a half to respond and luckily, we were in a parking structure and not in the hot sun. We received a renewal billing statement for $145.00 so decided to check out reviews on Yelp to see if their service is currently up to par before we decide to continue for another year. There were posts that said they had to find their own tow, service time was pushed out without warning and waited for hours where the A/C couldn't be used due to dead battery, a voicemail message was left but no return call, etc. so we decided to cancel our membership and pick up a NOCO Boost GBX45 battery jumper pack for $147.95 from Battery Bill's so it's basically a wash.

This place is located on N. Nimitz Hwy. right before Liliha Bakery. When you arrive, you need to push the call button and someone will help you at one of the 2 windows. My husband informed the salesman what he was interested in and brought out the unit, took it out of the box to let him see what it looks like. My husband knew the jumper didn't come with a wall charger so he brought an Apple and Android one...salesman said to use the Apple.

Before we decided to come here, we called "another company" who sold an older model that was selling for $50 cheaper which we were okay with but whoever answered the phone was rude and didn't sound like he wanted to answer questions. We then called Battery Bill's. The woman who answered the phone was nice and helpful so it was an easy decision to drop by and buy it from here. The salesman we got was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. It pays to be nice to customers at their establishment and on the phone. Thumbs up to Battery Bill's customer service!

Called to check stock for a Dyson Vacuum battery and they had it! So efficient and friendly service on the phone and in person!

They just have a small window to pick up parts and tons of parking. Staff were so great, really went above and beyond to test out the battery in the unit, explained the warranty, and let me know about the extra free filters that came with the battery!

Love that my previously "broken" Dyson is like new and so affordable to replace the battery! Thank you Battery Bill for taking care of us when so many online vendors don't ship to Hawaii. You are a godsend!!!

Amazing that they had the computer battery needed as mine is deteriorating quickly. I found out that no one can ship computer batteries to HI as they are considered hazardous cargo. I went to the Apple Store to purchase a replacement battery, which they refused to sell to me (only for them to install) for no good reason other than monopoly profiteering . I told them I know of many folks whose computers were hacked for passwords and financial data after being dropped off at a computer store for 'Service'. When you only pay 'Genius Counter' employees $20-$30 per hour, what do you expect?

But too much digressing, Battery Bills had the battery waiting for me after I called them. And the new battery included the speciality screwdrivers required to install! They have also provided many speciality batteries in the past for my security systems. A class act and they have the best crack seed store on the planet next door (Wholesale Unlimited).

Do not get your batteries from anywhere else but here. Impeccable customer service every single time. We were greeting cheerfully by Darnel and right away we were able to identify that we needed, changed car battery,paid and was driving happily down the road within 15 mins.

Walked in with a dead battery tray. Had the option to leave em and come back later or wait. About 15 min later, I had a fully loaded new battery tray ready to go. Can't beat that.

The tiny girl lugged the 50+ lb tray like it was nothing & she was right- I need to hit the gym hahahahaha

Never thought this place was so awesome. If you need a battery for your car , motorcycle, mopeds even cell phone . Who would have thought a place with a corky jingle that everyone heard before would have excellent service.

So this morning at work my suv couldn't start so my co-worker gave me a jump. Than or course my truck started but I could sense it's about time for a new battery. Just a little side note they don't make car battery like they use to . Before the battery can last 7 years easily. Now your lucky if it last you 4 years.

Anyway I decided to check out Battery Bills located on Nimitz right next door to Little Joes and Liliha Bakery. I arrived and explained my situation to the tech on hand. He said you need to replace your battery. I replied ok what's the price he suggested "Interstate battery" at $149 and extra $30 to install.

I said ok but I was debating to install the battery myself to save $30 . I told myself for convenience Im just going to have them do everything. Lucky I did because the tech attached a handheld computer so I wouldn't lose all my Bluetooth setting and clock settings. I thought that was cool because if I did on my own I would have to reset my radio and clock and all my Bluetooth settings .

So it was well worth the extra $30 to have them install my new battery. Plus they sprayed a sealant near the battery cables to prevent acid corrosion Wow! I really enjoyed their customer service and warranty.

If anything happens to your new battery they have a prorate system that will give you credit to purchase a new battery with them.
