Really impressive! I called for service today because our freezer had been making a loud vibrating noise. Roshan helped me diagnose the issue over the phone and suggested how I could fix the problem myself. It worked, no repairs needed!!! Really grateful for the help and will definitely call them again next time when we need work done!
