I highly recommend Charleston Roofs & Windows!  Very professional and great service.
They just completed placing a new roof for me and I am very impressed with how smoothly the whole process was.  Starting with prompt return of my initial call, Michael Kelley worked with me helping me to understand what was needed, patiently answering questions and helping me choose the right type of roofing for my house.  He always answered  my phone calls, which I appreciated and valued such good customer service.
The install was scheduled, and the crew showed up at 6:30am that day. They draped and covered vulnerable areas and worked all day removing the old shingles and placing the new roof.  Overseeing the progress at the jobsite was Adam Cobb.  He came to me a couple of times to update me on how things were going and see if I  had any questions.
When the job was completed the next day, he let me know they were done.  That is when I saw that my yard, porch, decks, flower beds and driveway were left in even better shape than they started with. So, there you have it.  If you want to wonder about the quality and service you will get-keep looking.  But if you want to get the best up front, go with CR&W.

I had Charleston Roof + windows replace my roof last year. There was a corner I showed to them that I was not happy about. There was no problem for them. Now their no problem is falling. I called them and they do not repair it under warranty. This is a job badly done and they declined to fixit 3 times. Shame on them. Don't have them to replace your roof. They do not do a good job and they do not stand behind it. You are left hanging dry.

They listened to all our requests and worked with us to get the job done as quickly as possible at a price we could afford. We even asked for a new kind of shingle that hadn't used yet and they made it happen. We couldn't have been happier.

Eric Chestnutt came by to look at a flashing issue today. Not only was he prompt, he called and came out early to beat the forecast rain. He solved the problem in minutes. I'll be recommending Charleston Roof and Window to any of my neighbors who need work done.

The team of workers were on time and finished in 8 hours and cleaned up the whole area, looked better when they left. I will recommend them to everyone. Beautiful job, the roof looks great.

Michael has been so great to work with! He has made the whole process super easy for us, we are so excited to get a new roof, without his guidance it wouldn't have been possible!

We called 3 roofing companies to come out and take a look at a leak in our roof in our new house. Charleston roofs + windows was the only one that came at the scheduled time. Garrett came and was very friendly and professional. Super nice guy. Fortunately for me he pointed out that my roof is fairly new and should still be under warranty. He did take the time, however, and went in our attic and on the roof and told me exactly what was causing the leak and he gave us a fair estimate in case we couldn't track down the roofing company from the previous owner of the house.
I highly recommend this company and if I ever have a problem that is not covered under my current warranty I will be sure to call Garrett!

I would highly recommend Charleston Roofs + Windows. I had called and spoke with Eric and he came out and told my everything that he saw and was extremely helpful with helping me with the insurance company as well. He explained every detail to me and was great. Because of the professionalism that I had experienced with him I chose to have them do my roof. They just replaced it on 6/8 and could not be more pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of their work. They were very considerate to the belonging around them . They cleaned up nicely. They even took the tarp that was covering my pool off and folded it up for me,
So if you are needing to have your roof repaired or redone. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Charleston Roofs + Windows! I called and spoke with Lauren and had Garrett come by very quickly to do an estimate right after Irma came through. After his inspection of the roof, he brought me up to explain everything in detail. After contacting my insurance and filing a claim, he came back and we were able to schedule the job quickly. The crew did a fantastic job! They removed the old roofing, installed the new roof and did a superb clean up all in just one day...and we have a rather large roof area. We got a few quotes and these guys were competitive and were quick to get a hold of. Their customer service department is also excellent! I would HIGHLY recommend them if you are in need of a new roof.

Alec Waring with Charleston Roofs and Windows showed up right on time to inspect a leak we had very recently discovered in our master bedroom. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the findings on what he believed was the source of the leak: a nail pop. He performed a temporary fix after inspecting the roof, and then the attic. Alec encouraged us to check back with him after a few more rainstorms to verify that the leak has stopped growing. He charged us nothing for the temporary repair. He refused any payment as a thank you for his time. This is a super business, and I highly recommend this roofing company; thank you to Katie Mootz, sales lead coordinator, for setting up our appointment with Alec so quickly. We plan to have Charleston Roofs and Windows come back and put some new shingles on the area where Alec located the nail pop. He is a very impressive young professional.
