Classic Harbor Line

This was by far the BEST Christmas activity I did in NYE this year. Worth every single penny. The sights are gorgeous (you pass the Statue of Liberty), the jazz band is incredible, the drinks and snacks (Christmas cookies) are delicious, the staff is absolutely wonderful. I sincerely cannot recommend this enough. I've been on many holiday cruises across the country and this was, without a doubt, the best one!

I arrived for my boat cruise with my 15 month old baby and parents early.

When I checked in- the woman didn't understand that I had already checked in and she made a mistake. Due to her mistake we missed the boat.

When I complained they did not help me at all- they didn't accommodate my family and were incredibly rude.

I would never work with this company again.

We did the Sunset harbor cruise on the Full Moon. Amazing experience! Captain and the first mate made us feel very welcomed!

As a seasoned NYC visitor I will 100% be doing this again!

I came here with three friends. We missed our initial 4:15pm departure because we were stuck in traffic, but we were accommodated with a 8:15pm departure on the same day.

There were a total of about 15 people on the boat (including staff) which was perfect for social distancing. We purchased the two drink ticket which comes with a complimentary drink. The downside was that you cannot drink or eat inside the boat, due to New York's Covid regulations. It was approximately 30degrees out and we were required to drink our drinks outside which was uncomfortably cold! Nonetheless, we still managed to get some nice pictures and the staff was super friendly. I would recommend this as an outing with friends or for a date. It's a nice activity to do in NYC.

I tried to book a city lights cruise and was defeated by the online booking app. I chatted with Caleb, online and explained I'm a single traveler and could not book the cruise as desired. It was explained that they don't sell single tickets on those cruises because of "bench seating limitations." I've never heard of such a thing. I guess they think people only travel in pairs. I'm not an animal trying to board Noah's Ark. so much for trying to enjoy a birthday trip to the city.

My wife and I took this cruise around New York in the "Manhattan II" boat. The boat itself was clean and the interior was well organized. It had numerous tables that were nestled with glass in between to create a "covid free experience". There was space in front of the boat that you could mingle and take photographs and really take in all the fresh air and views of NY. The brunch cruise consisted of a 3 course pre fix meal. I think this is where the stars come in. The courses itself weren't too unique and mostly "snacks" with multiple courses having bagels, breads, croissants, muffins. The bagels they served to enjoy with Nova lox salmon at our table were cinnamon raisin, while others got plain or sesame or poppy. The salad that was delivered to our table had rotten lettuce and fruit in it. The salad itself just had dressing unevenly drizzled all over and not tossed. The vegetarian egg frittata had little flavor and a little too crispy on top. The turkey sausage and potatoes were cold. The dessert platter felt like a bunch of store bought cookies. The experience was nice. However, the food was lacking. I'd probably come back but just for the boat ride and drinks.

This was such a lovely experience, and I can't wait to do this again. I did a sunset cruise as part of a work offsite. Everything was so smooth and organized. We boarded by table, and had great views at our seats. My favorite part was going out to the deck and seeing the Statue of Liberty with beautiful, clear skies as the day wrapped. Families were on board, dates, friends - this is something to check out across different occasions.

This boat ride was so cool! We were originally scheduled on a schooner sail boat with the company and the evening before we got an email stating it was cancelled due to the bad weather that was coming. The email said that we could get on a different kind of boat and they gave us some options and times. I did not respond to that email that evening because we were at a show, and the next morning I received a call from the company. This was nice because the man was able to just switch us to the other reservation time and boat right there on the phone. When we got there we got on the Manhattan boat. It was so cute. It was covered so we didn't get rained on, but we were able to go outside when we got to the Statue of Liberty to take some great photos. This was definitly one of the favorite things we did on our trip. I will also add the crew was wonderful and very kind! You get a complimentary drink and can order food and drinks as well.

It would have been 5 stars, but they seated us in the bar area, which blocked much of our views and had the most uncomfortable seats. Make sure to ask where you'll be seated and be sure to avoid this one section of the boat. (they should really discount these seats or something.)

Other than that, the trip was lovely, and the speaker was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a treat to circumnavigate the whole island of Manhattan.
