Finally we found a cleaner, who does a thorough and efficient cleaning in our home. We tried different services within the past 2-3 years and each time we were not satisfied, so we stopped using them. We're very pleased with Maite's work and we use Cleany regularly now. The Manager and Owner are both very responsive as well; I get a quick response when I need to schedule my next appointment or ask something. Maite, our cleaner herself is amazing, pays attention to detail, takes our asks / needs into consideration and she always finishes everything in the shortest time possible. Grateful to have found Cleany to help us keep our home clean.

I requested a standard cleaning with additional deep clean for the bathroom. It was my first time using a cleaning service, so I didnt know what to expect, but I was soooo happy and impressed when I came back home. I was assigned to Areliz and the total cleaning took around 3hours.
Kitchen was spotless, everything was cleaned and organized. Bathroom was shiny and spotless. Bedroom was so organized with bed all made up!
So happy with the outcome Im considering using their service every month.

I left shortly after she arrived to go to work and it was so wonderful to come home to a clean house. My bathroom has literally never looked so clean. She also did a fantastic job in the kitchen. I can't wait for her to come back next month. The stress it takes off me to have my apartment clean is so worth the $135. I also really appreciated being able to book and pay through the app as opposed to having to have cash on hand because it's such a hassle to remember to go by the atm.

Amy Z.Manhattan, NY41751Jun 19, 2023We used Cleany for a one-time deep clean of a 2-bedroom apartment, preparing for an exchange of roommate move in. We were assigned Jenny.
She was incredible. Such a hard-worker and diligent cleaner. She spent so much time ensuring that our kitchen was extremely cleaned. The microwave and stovetop were very dirty, almost 2 years of grime and use. But she ensured every nook and cranny was cleaned, even lifting the burner covers to clean underneath. She also was very thorough with the fridge. Not a single speck of food left. I would recommend Jenny for any apartment cleaning job. Jenny also made sure to walk through the apartment very thoroughly, checking items like the blinds, walls, behind the couch, and around toilet off as we went.
Cleany was also very responsive; we'd send an email and get a response back within the hour, sometimes within minutes. We had some questions about the lack of clarity on their website, but they were very open and transparent with us.
