Very responsive and quick to come out and fix our fridge! Czyz was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was also patient to not have me spend extra money, but worked through one problem at a time to find the solution. I appreciated this process to not have us spend unnecessary money. So glad to have a working fridge!

Costi and Sue are a great team in getting back to you, then to your house asap to get your Appliance repair done. We used Costi to fix our Whirlpool Duet washing machine - as it was making lots of noise, and starting to eat our clothes. Costi did the original fix, then came back for free a couple of times, as there were some smaller issues and questions after initial fix. Very pleasant to work with. We are lucky to have them in our little mountain town - someone who cares, so we don't have to rely on the "big repair companies" who historically have not shown up several times after securing an appointment. Will call them again, for all of our appliance repair needs!

Sue and Costi make a great team for this "Mom and Pop" Appliance repair. Sue manages the phones while Costi makes the repairs.

We have a Samsung Fridge (BTW Samsung repair folks are difficult to find) fail in our vacation rental late on a Friday night. We had a guest staying with us, so this was definitely an urgent repair to allow our guests to continue to enjoy their vacation. As you may/may not know very few repair folks work in Tahoe on weekends.

We called every repair person in Truckee/North Lake Tahoe and Sue was the first to call back within an hour. (The ones that did return our call didn't do get back to us until late Monday morning.) The responses ranged from, we don't work on Samsung, we won't drive 15 minutes outside of Truckee as well as many unanswered calls.

Sue and Costi understood the urgency and got us on the calendar in a very reasonable time. Over the phone Sue diagnosed the problem, and gave an reasonable price estimate as well as repair time. Costi made the repairs while our guests were still staying in the cabin. All repairs were made the first time, within the original quote and in a very professional way.

I really don't hope to have any more appliance repair needs, but if we do, I'm definitely calling Sue and Costi first.

I called Costi's Appliance Repair after having it recommended to me by Sears Hometown store in Truckee, Ca.
Sue answered and was very knowable and pleasant. She scheduled Costi and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Costi diagnosed the problem, ordered a new thermostat and defrosted the freezer. The refrigerator is now working like a charm. I was so pleased that Costi could squeeze me in as I had company coming in 3 days. Or should I thank Sue who realized my dire situation and made it work for me. Thank you very much.

Costi fixed our dishwasher and did a great job. Then the water dispenser in our fridge started leaking, I called and he came out and found the problem immediately! Got it fixed on no time! Thanks for the great service!

Took care of my right away and gave honest recomendation to not spend anymore money repairing my oven and to replace it instead. Thanks

I have used Costi and Sue on two occasions. Costi came to fix my washing machine hookup which took only a few minutes. He was very polite and efficient. Sue helped me get my fridge and freezer back on track after I discovered that the temperature gauge was out of whack. She gave me step by step tips on how to restore its function and even suggested that I wait another day until I call to have Costi to come out. She was right, everything is working again. I really appreciate how much this husband and wife team care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure your appliances are working properly. Many many thanks!!!!

Wow! What can I say about this company?Can I give 6 stars? I called an hour earlier than advertised hours and the phone was picked up. I was able to get an appointment that day (lucky for me as they had a cancellation) Costi was quick at diagnostics and had all the parts to make the repair on site .My refrigerator is running great now . Rare now days to have such great customer service and professionalism .
