The staff was on time, very polite and thorough. They did an excellent job without cutting corners and asked questions and/or checked in with me on solutions when challenges arose. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys did a fast, friendly, professional job cleaning out and rodent proofing my crawl space as well as removing the bamboo that had started to grow there. Also, great, responsive customer service: The worker who installed the vapor barrier at first misunderstood how much the crawlspace was to be covered, so he only installed it under the kitchen. When I emailed Bob Freedman about it, he offered to have someone come the same day to correct this. No hassles, no arguments, just friendly, cooperative customer support. I had a great experience working with them.

My husband and I really appreciated working with Bob Freedman and Scott Nash. Both are extremely responsive, thorough, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The team who performed the work were punctual, conscientious and also very thorough. Bob emailed before and after pictures
that clearly illustrated the prior condition, meticulous removal of the old insulation that included extensive rodent infestation, and quality installation of the new blown-in insulation.

A skunk found its way under our home and need I say more? I called Crawlspace Clean and they took care of everything. Their crew was very professional and easy to work with. Now my home smells so much better and we know this problem is behind us.
They removed insulation, sanitized, added a vapor barrier and replaced vent covers.
The unwanted visitors moved on and we have no more worries.

Apparently(?) the absentee owner from Tennessee, who never speaks with customers according to good old Bob, because owner of business permanently moved away long ago, chose to fabricate a false narrative by his reply. The business owner went the weaselly wording route and just make things up. Not a thing he wrote even approximates what actually transpired. So much for his credibility on yelp too. Most people see right through those type weaselly responses. Quite normal and reasonable for a customer to expect and be able to verify in the contract terms, what both the estimator said early on and good old Bob said later about Crawlspace Clean always taking full responsibility to repair or pay for any damage(s) their workers cause. This work was up in an attic area above drywall ceiling and in my finished living room area. You sort of had me at hello with all that convincing, responsible front-end talk about being customer centric and credible and hardly ever causing damages or having any trouble along those lines. Quite a normal and reasonable expectation for a property owner of a home in brand new condition to want and expect your firm to pay for repairs of any damages your company employees cause. Particularly since good old Bob had said they would and even wrote by email they would, following his convincing assurances and that of his estimator weeks earlier. HOWEVER, when it came time to try and find a match of what they'd said while they were selling their service, to their talk or with what was in their written contract, oooops nothing was there in writing. Perhaps I was expected to forget what had been discussed, promised and they'd utilized in their sales pitch to get the business. Good old Bob, should have just informed me from the start, that if a potential customer listens or can read, he and owner don't want the business. So when I allocated additional time to baby-sitting Bob so he's take a moment and reduce to writing in contract what they'd already been saying and very convincingly, Bob got difficult and sounded bothered when he said he'd have to call and speak with the owner of the business in Tennessee. But Bob didn't call back, so I phoned him in anticipation of his responsible follow up. That call was very short and to the point. They didn't want the business. Good old Bob said that came right from the owner.

Unable to assist us with a skunk problem but they got back with us right away to tell us and had a recommendation of another company to contact.

I feel like this winter seems especially cold. Apparently, so do the mice that have decided to take refuge in my garage. Fortunately for me, there wasn't any food available for the mice to feed on. But unfortunately for me, they decided to stay warm by burrowing in my husband's car engine and gnaw on wiring. That's a story for another day.

What I really wanted to say, is that Matt and his team from Crawlspace Clean came the same day I called and diagnosed, cleaned, and sealed up any points of entry all in the same day. They were very professional and helpful with options and recommendations.

While the situation is less than ideal, Crawlspace Clean helped resolve the issue quickly and professionally. I don't wish anyone the bad luck of rodents/mice in their home, but if you happen to need the service, I would definitely recommend this team!

A few months ago my AC went out in my home and while the technician was in the attic he noticed signs of rodents. The technician highly recommended Crawlspace Clean. Scott came out to do the estimate and was very upfront about what needed to be done. I called a few other companies and I was not impressed so I decided to go with Crawlspace because they worked around my schedule and they were very upfront about what needed to be done. On the day of the cleaning and removal of old insulation Juan and Carlos put plastic on the stairs, hallway and entry way. They also covered the room below the attic with plastic so nothing was soiled. When work was complete everything was cleaned and smelled fresh. Day 2 was the installation of new insulation, areas of entry sealed and traps set to catch any possible rodents left behind. I am very pleased with the work that was done from Salvadore, Carlos, Juan, Bob and Scott.

Jacob and Bob are awesome! We had some rodent infestation in our crawl space and we tried to schedule an inspection and reached out to several different vendors.
Bob was able to find a slot for us the next day itself .
Jacob came over the next day, was on-time, very professional, inspected the whole crawl space, and he even inspected the attic which was not the part of the original inspection, showed me the place where the rodents could get in, was very patient and answered all my concerns and questions. They sent me an estimate on the same day.
