Went there today with my daughter, sister, great niece, nieces and their boyfriends. We enjoyed ourselves picking apples, having apple cider donuts, and eating roasted corn. After spending close to $300 between all of us and unfortunately, my niece's Hispanic boyfriend told the cashier to keep the change and did not feel he needed a receipt because we were leaving. My niece's dropped her Hispanic boyfriend and his son to his car and left. A worker came up to him and had the audacity of accusing him of stealing a bag of apples and a pumpkin . The worker asked my niece's boyfriend for his receipt, which he didn't have because he felt he did not need one. When my niece's boyfriend requested to speak manager, the manager wouldn't even listen. Was that because he is Hispanic?? This was extremely unprofessional of a family oriented facility profiling their customers. Not everyone takes receipts when they check out from stores, farmers markets or even a Wawa.
I can assure you we nor our family and friends will never ever return to this farm if this is how they treat paying customers.

So when I called on the phone it said their hours were 9 to 5, when you pull up to their gate it says their hours are 9 to 5. I pull up and get out of the car with my kids and the entrance is closed and gated off and I have workers coming up to the gate telling me they've closed when it is 4:20 PM. It says that they close it up an hour earlier so they can get everyone out but nowhere does it state that. I drove 45 minutes got there within time, even though there was detours all over it signs that were very misleading to the entrance. Out of the 4 different workers that were at the gate, only one was polite and apologetic. The rest were very crass and rude. I normally go to battle view to apple pick but decided to try a new place, well.. they lost my business and the 3 other families that were trying to get in with me also.

We went here today for apple picking and pumpkins.
Quick tips that I feel were not addressed on website:
      - No entry fee
      - Pick your own apples and pay per pound
      - They have pumpkins in a field, but it's not a pumpkin patch, just pumpkins in a field, of all sizes and shapes. Good crop this year.
-Gourds of all shapes and colors priced per pound.

I've been to a couple of farms closer to NYC which felt like a lot more hassle to me: lines to park your car, lines to get in, and admission prices in addition to paying for apples. This place was no hassle and lines were minimal although it was packed. I think because space is so huge, there is room for everyone. It was a very enjoyable day.

They don't have much food for sale but Delicious Orchards is right down the street if you want an apple cider donut.

      Apples are plentiful

We originally wanted to go to battleview but it was the first weekend of November and battleview was already closed for the season. After driving 1.5 hours from Brooklyn, we had to make the best of it and found this place (which would have been the last day to pick apples of the season and it was $1/pound special for the last day). This place saved He day. Everyone from grandma to my one year old enjoyed it. There were plenty of apples to pick from hat were juicy and delicious and some squash for sale (and pumpkin which we didn't really care for). THey don't have a bakery with hot cider donuts but I might convert from battle view and come here because their prices and apples were so much better

HORRIBLE! My girlfriend and I went 2 years ago and experienced discrimination. My girlfriend was racially profiled and accused of trying to steal .25 cent honey sticks. We decided to try it again this year and the honey sticks are now behind the counter and we were met with disgusting looks and comments from other patrons. I will never be going back.

Been coming here with the family for years now, for apples and pumpkins. I find their selection one of the best around. Prices aren't the best but for the experience and the stuff you are getting its worth it. Also there is no entry fee here, just pay for what you pick.

There is also a food truck here if you get hungry.

Unlike some orchards charge a fee to get in, there is no entry fee here. It's a beautiful farm to take a stroll and enjoy the scenery. There are ample of parking spaces. We have been coming to this orchard a few times to pick pumpkins & fruits and we enjoyed it every time.

Went apple picking with my boyfriend and had a great time even with the current COVID conditions. You can only walk down one side of the apple trees to help keep you socially distanced which was much appreciated. Plus the pricing was super reasonable for such fresh fruit!

I went Apple and Pumpkin picking here on a Saturday morning mid-October and what a treat it was! The parking lot was enormous and for good reason, as it was very crowded with lots of patrons. Despite there being lots of other people here, as I have heard it always is on the weekends, it was still a very nice experience and it did not nearly seem as crowded once out of the parking lot and in the expansive picking area.
With thousands of different pumpkins to pick from, it is impossible to not find the perfect one for your own unique taste! I went with a warty, green and yellow spotted one for myself this year. Almost more impressive than the pumpkins that were offered, was the variety of apple trees that they have to offer. With dozens of rows of a variety of different apples, each with dozens of trees, there were enough apples to satisfy anyone and everyone's taste.
The only drawbacks to an otherwise great fall picking experience include waiting in the car in a line for roughly 10-15 minutes to exit once done and also the only cash and check policy. These two things were enough of an inconvenience to make this otherwise perfect picking experience, a decent one.
4/5 stars overall. I would go back next fall but will first consider checking out a different place, perhaps smaller than this one.

A great place to come with the family. You pick your own fresh fruit. Seasonally, they have different varieties of peaches and apples.

We went in late August for peaches and there was not a very big selection, maybe 10 rows of trees to pick off. The ripe ones we found were delicious but most will need to ripen a bit more.

      Don't forget a knife!
