Eco plumbing is always my first call for plumbing needs! I love that the owner Brandon is the first person you speak to when calling, never the run around from a secretary who doesn't know anything about plumbing. Every tech that has come to my home is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Eco Plumbing for any plumbing need big or small!

We had a great experience with Eco Plumbing. We were moving in and realized the toilets had not been reinstalled by the contractors. Brandon was super busy but got our installation addressed on the same day. We are super appreciative!!! We highly recommend Eco Plumbing!

Needed a new toilet and needed one pretty quick. Brandon was able to send Chris out and get everything taken care of. He was super nice, professional and didn't try to take advantage of me or my elderly Mom. These guys continue to be my favorite and best option in town. Seriously, thanks guys !

Brandon was recommended to us by a friend and I can certainly see why.
We had a problem where our new (less than a year old) shower suddenly stopped working. Not urgent as we have another shower but very annoying.
I called on Tuesday and between our schedule and his, Friday was the next available slot.
He rang the bell exactly at the arranged time and there he was, masked up and ready to help.
He did a little investigating and we, well he, managed to identify that part of the valve had not been correctly positioned when it was installed. He reset that part and put the valve back together and replaced the trim.
All in he was with us for just under 30 minutes and my shower is now working even better than originally.
I'll certainly be calling him for any plumbing needs we have going forward.

Ben showed up right at the beginning of the two hour window. He didn't have an easy problem to fix, but figured it out and fixed it in good time. He explained everything clearly along the way so I felt very confident in his work and that he wasn't wasting time. If I need plumbing work again I will definitely come back to Eco Plumbing first and request Ben if he's available.

Awful experience! My water heater was acting up. I let the serviceman know when he got here that it actually started working again. He then decided to take a look at it anyway, was not able to fix it and charged me despite the fact he was unable to fix it.

I supplied him an error code as I had taken a photo of it and he did not do any research or try to fix it based on the code. I finally called the manufacturer myself who told me that the burner likely needs to be cleaned. I called Eco plumbing again (since they had already charged me)and they told me to call a Takagi contractor. Unbelievable! Owner was really unprofessional. Will never use them again.
