I interviewed many contractors for my home and am so glad I chose Edri Construction! I wanted my kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry room updated and knew it was going to be a big job.

Isaac from Edri Construction could explain all the moving parts in a way that didn't overwhelm me! I appreciated all our communication through WhatsApp that kept me in the loop! Whenever I met him or his team to make a decision, they always listened to me and were very patient. Isaac had great ideas and understood the look I was going for!!

They took care to cover and move furniture around and everything was picked up and/or hauled away! At the end of the renovation Isaac told me to let him know if there was anything that he needed to return and attend to, but honestly I haven't found anything for them to come back for! They did everything right the first time!!!

They came, assessed the problem, and gave us a good price. Then they came the very next day, on Labor Day Weekend, and SMASHED it, completing the whole thing in a day. Floor redone. Trenches dug, irrigation installed. It was amazing.

I had a great experience with Avi from Edri construction. Very responsive, and he provided great suggestions to our project which helped enhance the outcome. He also was very proactive throughout the process in his communications.

Best construction we've worked with. They were timely with all parts of the construction, respectful of our space, and very communicative all throughout the process.

They took on a large project of taking our basement and turning it into another living area, bedroom, and moved the laundry room.

Isaac was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable contractor. We are so happy with the results! And they did it in time of arrival of our baby!

The guy who came out to the home seemed kind of rude and like he didn't want to talk to me? It was difficult to talk to him about the issues with my home and what I needed. Then he said the repairs would cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, easily. I messaged someone else from the company in order to draw up plans for a foundation repair to get a better understanding of the costs involved and the work that is needed, but they never got back to me. I kind of feel like I'm not worth their time? I would not contact these guys for any future projects on my home. They seem difficult to work with.

After five years in my condo, I decided to remodel my tiny and impractical kitchen. I consulted 5 different companies. Everyone gave roughly the same estimates. I chose Edri after meeting a few times with Isaac, who was the project manager. Isaac quickly grasped what I needed, had great initial suggestions about layout and options for scope of the project. I really liked his attitude and his attention to detail. He presented a detailed estimate for work and delivery date, which we stuck to. I greatly appreciated that he managed everything so well: permits, different vendors, architect, structural engineer and cabinet designers. It was like a one-stop shop. Every construction worker that came over for different stages of the project were experts in what they were doing. The work was thorough and of great quality. I have seen some projects with shoddy craftsmanship and that was one of my fears, but all the work they did was impeccable. They were also very mindful of protecting my floors and surfaces. Isaac often gave me updates and sent me pictures when I was out of town. I ended up wanting some extra work and he priced it quickly and we were able to fit it in and stay within our planned delivery date.
My new kitchen has completely transformed my living space. I finally have the kitchen of my dreams. I've already been asked by three people who was my contractor. :)

Avi came out to check out my second story deck project. He was awesome - he not only explained the process very clearly, he also shared some wisdom on other work that was going on to ensure the end product was high quality. I would definitely recommend hiring Edri for you construction needs!

The team at Edri did a full interior remodel of our 3BD/3BA 2,000 sq ft home last year. We worked closely with Isaac, our project lead, on detailed plans for the remodel. Isaac had many helpful suggestions on how to further improve our design ideas and make our space truly more usable.

Isaac kept this complex project on-track and on-time (even when we hit issues with the materials supply chain), and we are delighted with the finished result!

It was such a great experience that we are actually going to be working with Edri again on our next big project: redoing multiple exterior decks. Our relationship with Isaac and the Edri team is much more than a business one, we have all become good friends in the process. We look forward to doing more projects together in the future.

I wrote a review after my project was done, which stated some pretty troubling aspects of Edri construction's work. Though I had expressed my concerns multiple times to multiple representatives in the company it wasn't until my *not the best review* popped up that I heard from the owner. He provided context for the issues I had, and offered to fix anything that hadn't been done well. We removed our review, and thankfully accepted his offer. The problem is-the various attempts to tackle the problems were addressed similarly to the first time around, and we are still dealing with the fall out of plumbing issues, tile falling off the wall, screws sticking out and poking us in the kitchen, to name a few. We don't trust this company to once again repair at this point. There are a lot of five star reviews here, and I imagine some of them are deserved, but I do wish to offer you this perspective as you may want to take pause before you hire this company.

We hired Edri to do a complete remodel of our Primary Bathroom with one catch: I was 6.5 months pregnant with twins and we needed it done before I gave birth. Edri said they could handle it and we're true to their word. Someone was there, moving things forward, nearly every day. We even made some last minute additions to the plans (heated floor and towel rack) and they were able to accommodate us and still finish before the deadline.

I didn't love their design person's communication style, but found out that person is no longer with the company, so I sense it wasn't a fit with their very transparent approach.

Overall, I'd recommend!
