Stuck in Mountain View with overheated Jimmy. Mel came to the rescue with a quick smile and lovely reassurance. Priced less then every other tow service.
There are few situations that feel worse then being stuck on a warm afternoon just at rush hour.

Fabulous fast, friendly, and extremely competent service -- what more could you ask for?!?! these guys provided me with superior service and though I hope to never need towing service again, these are the first guys I will call if that's the way it happens. Can't say enough good things.

Not sure who responded to Maria and Ed, but I had a great experience with Cory tonight. He was prompt and courteous on the phone. He came right out, quickly dealt with the situation, taught me a few things along the way and had a good pointer about how I can save money by not buying 2 tires (but instead getting one). He was part repair guy, part teacher. I never thought I'd come out of an early evening flat tire smarter than when I went it. I highly recommend him.

By far the worst experience with a towing company. The guy they sent to us was so incredibly rude and descriminated so much. My mom got to the point where she became really shaky and her eyes began to water which upset me the most. Never want to come across this man or company again. 0 stars from my experience.

Fantastic Service. As a woman I was very nervous one night when I was driving alone and got a flat tire in the dark. Joe showed up quickly and went out of his way to make me feel as secure and safe as possible. He was very professional, with helpful advice and a friendly demeanor that immediately calmed me down. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

Car engine blew out on me and wasn't sure what to do. Tim came by to pick me up and tow my car; he was really friendly and helped me with figuring out paperwork when we dropped the car off at the auto lot. Tim provided me much more than I had expected when he helped me with everything. I can't say for the other staff at Ed's, but Tim made my day a heck of a lot easier. 5 stars to him.

My car battery died and I needed a jumpstart. I went through my insurance for emergency roadside assistance and this was the company that came out. Assistance arrived within what felt like 15 minutes and the person who helped me was very friendly and informative about which places were open to get a replacement battery and installation on a Sunday. Glad I know who to now call for help in my hometown!

Cory from Ed's Tow & Cradle provided top notch customer service. No one is happy when their car breaks down, but Cory was kind and courteous as he assessed the situation and towed our car to the dealership. I would have preferred it if my ignition switch didn't stop working, but since it did, I couldn't have asked for a better towing experience.

Needed a jumpstart and Better World Club sent out Ed's. Motor started on the first jumpstart, then shut down and refused to start again. After a couple more half-hearted attempts, "Ed" tells me, "Sorry, I can't give you a tow, I got other customers waiting. Call back later." Thanks a lot for explaining just how unimportant I was compared to everybody else. The next guy who BWC sent out spent an extra five minutes actually trying to figure out the problem and successfully started the car.

I had a freighting auto incident this evening that required my car to be towed. Tim came to my rescue immediately! He was extremely kind and this company is also very affordable! I would recommend to all my friends and family

Yesterday was the first time that I ever had to call for roadside assistance. The day that I have my own car in the shop and bring my mom's '01 Rav 4 to work from Daly City to the South Bay, a mishap happens. The car got to PA fine, but when I tried to get out for the 3rd time to run some work errands all I hear is click click click click click. I know I didn't turn the headlines on, nor did I leave any lights on. I was clueless and panicked, then prayed it wasn't the engine or transmission. Thankfully they sent these guys. I talked to the dispatch and gave them the detail about my insurance policy, the situation, and locatin. Daniel came right on time and was very very cordial and solved my issue in less than ten minutes- a dead battery. He got me up ad running really fast an assured that I was fully covered. He assured me that my car would be safe enough to get me home and so I did. Thanks guys !
