This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. Everyone was sup helpful, friendly and efficient. From initial sales, through multiple document signings and verifications, through installations and inspections this was a very smooth and informative process.
And they had the best value of the three companies i got quotes from. The big national companies had hidden baked-in fees for fat cat execs and financing fees.
I highly recommend this company.

He answered all questions patiently and knowledgeably. Robbie, the project manager we worked with, worked quickly to get permitting and scheduling the installation. Elemental is stellar. Spenser was awesome. The entire staff took great care of us. We are now one full year into our system and we love it. The estimate that Spenser provided us was very accurate regarding the expected annual kw's we could expect from the position of our home, the surrounding trees, and what Sun is available in Oregon during the year. Infact we actually earned 4 % more than the budget. We are VERY happy. WE recommend this company HIGHLY. And if we were to ever move to another place we would definitely invite these professional back to install another system. Being retired and on SSI our only regret is that we did not purchase the battery back-up system. Hopefully in a couple of years we can fix this situation. Again: E E is awesome. Take advantage of their expertise!

YAY for solar energy and yay for the efficient and knowledgeable team at Elem Energy. From the first person to the last, everyone was on time, pleasant and knew their stuff.
Allie, our initial contact gave us great info and put together a bid. She followed up and answered all our questions and rewrote the bid.
Tom, the project manager got the plans, permits and organized the job.
Torin installed, all done in one day.
Nathan, the electrician and his team did the electrical work and also answered questions.
Our panels were put up in January and already are producing watts! FREE electricity from the sun.
The computer system, Envoy-S, that allows us to track the juice coming into the house is very cool.
I would and will recommend them to anyone.

This company is extremely professional and affordable. They were very responsive long-after the panels were installed. They had women and POC on their crew. They worked fast and explained things to us every step of the way. They have their process down! Everyone was kind and smart. We've had our system for years, and everything has run perfectly. We also love that they run a non-profit that helps communities with energy independence. Literally, every single part of the experience with them was stellar.

Elemental Energy is professional from the first contact till the final hand over of the project. Kudos to Allie, Tom and the rest of the team for being excellent to deal with. We had a very easy, no pressure experience during the first part of our engagement with them. They designed the system, were very open to our suggestions. The install team were rock solid, very respectful of our property and left things cleaner than they found it. The handover process was smooth, Tom was helpful in answering the City inspectors questions and get our system turned on. We have had this system for over a year and we were so happy with them we got a second one for our another property. If you are thinking of going solar, reach out to this team.

EE installed a 35-panel array on our home on time and on budget!

EE was not the only company I interviewed, but the polish and professionalism of Josh Little, my first contact person w/ EE, impressed me from the get-go! Josh surveyed our house for solar calculations and the next day I had a couple of detailed proposals specifying equipment, output, and bottom-line costs after incentives. This included a chart of projected $$ savings over time, as well as the carbon effect as compared to cars off the road, trees planted, etc.
Josh provided multiple hardware options in an easy to understand way, which led me to make my informed decision. He knows the technology.

Truly a joy working with all of their folks, from installers, electricians, carpenters, and Tom, the Project Manager.

I had some personal issues of which stalled my final decision to proceed.

I'm the home owner for the 2014 street of dreams where elemental energy was featured. The system is one of the largest residential solar arrays installed in Oregon. Enough energy for our home and car. We researched a number of vendors before choosing EE and we cannot be happier that we chose them. They have consistently provided exceptional service and have been very accommodating. The system has worked very well since installation. We have referred many people to them since they were one of the best vendors we worked with during our home construction process. Oh and there social missing to help underdeveloped countries is great as well.

Awesome experience with this team! Brandon was super helpful and put together many options for our home. We just had the panels installed and the process was quick and easy. The installation crew was super nice and professional and worked around our holiday travel schedule.

The system itself is super straightforward. We should have done this when we bought the house years ago! But we're glad to have it now. And it was a financial no-brainer.
