This place is a mixed bag. When I arrived late on a Wednesday no one was at the gate. It was my first time there and I had a reservation, so I just drove in through the open gate. After locating a van driver, he told me to go back to the gate and someone would meet me.
The drive to the airport took about 7 minutes total. From parking my car to getting dropped off at my terminal. I have never been able to park and get to my gate so fast! The driver also informed me where to stand to catch the bus when I returned, and said that I shouldn't need to call for pick up, since they regularly do the loop from the airport to the lot.
Coming back was a different story. Granted, I came back at the end of a holiday weekend, so I'm sure they weren't doing their very best. When I arrived back at my terminal I waited in the appropriate area for 20 minutes watching all of the other parking service vans go by. When I saw two vans from other parking lots show up for the FOURTH time, I decided to call Fast Track and see what the story was. The person who picked up was clearly in a hurry and only confirmed where I should stand and that the van would be on its way. 25 minutes later a van appears. There are so many people waiting that not everyone gets a seat, but we are all happy to finally be on board.
When I get to the booth to check out, the woman is visibly upset because whoever checked me into the lot didn't create the ticket correctly and she couldn't tell when I arrived. I answered her honestly when I arrived and how long I waited for the shuttle. She charged me accurately for what I said, and trusted me, though I thought it was odd that she also charged me for the 45 minutes I spent waiting for the van.
All in all, this lot did the most important thing, they kept my car safe while I was traveling. The price was (mostly) fair, and I found that they even have a Groupon offer running right now ($40 for 5 days off uncovered parking, plus taxes). I think that you have to be patient with them, they clearly prioritize getting you TO the airport, rather than picking you up FROM the airport. I am tempted to try one of the other two lots whose vans ran more frequently, but I wouldn't rule out Fast Track in the future.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - A M.Pleasanton, CA3277May 13, 2024
This place changed to Expresso Parking then was sold and name changed again to "Express Park Fly" at the beginning of 2024. Nothing like it used to be.
Waited 25 min at the curb to get picked up. Had to call multiple times. Competing parking shuttles had already been by the stop TWICE. When the guy finally shows up to a crowd of angry customers, in his broken down van, it's not even marked which company they are on the side, so no one even knew who he was with ! He parked way away from where everyone was standing. So we had to go up to him standing next to his van and ask who he is with. Van ride back to parking lot was filled with dash Check Engine lights on, low tire pressure buzzers going off. The guy buckled his seat belt to driver seat so he didn't have to wear it but the topper was once we were all inside the van, there was no door handle to get out, we had to wait for him to open from the outside. I'm sure Oakland PD would have loved to see this death trap. Other than all that, a lovely experience .... :(Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sarah S.CA, CA22252Mar 16, 2023
There was a storm. Their fence and a tree fell on to my car. There I went in the office and on the white board is a list that includes "Repair Fence". My car is totaled. Chris from the claims dept calls me and never asks how I am or apologizes for what happened. He just says claim denied. Park at your own risk. So callous. Never park here. It's filled with pot holes too. Watch your tires. It's really deteriorated. I used to park here all the time.

DO NOT PARK HERE!
I found them on groupon and loved the close location. I parked here for two nights. It was easy to get to and quick shuttle but when I got back there was a scratch on my car FROM THEIR BUS! The shuttle bus had been parked by my car when I returned and immediately showed them the damage. The attendant quickly told the employee to move the shuttle (trying to cover it up). I got pictures and told them I needed to speak to someone and he just kept saying to come back or call later when the manager was on duty.
After dozens of calls, emails, reviews, I have gotten NOTHING. Do not park here!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Lisa B.Allison Park, McCandless, PA3421716Apr 7, 2021
They don't tell you the name of the shuttle is espresso airport parking on their website. I waited for a shuttle at 4f for 30 minutes expecting to see a shuttle that said fast track parking .
They rarely answer their phone for information on the shuttle and the website said they don't start shuttle service until 5am. I got to the parking lot at 4am for my early flight out of Oakland airport. I ordered a Lyft since they said the shuttle doesn't run until 5 just to have a lady tell me right as I got in my Lyft that they were starting the shuttle early. I had to pay $14 plus tip for a Lyft about 1 mile to the airport.
Will never use this company again for parking. Use park and fly or park and travel instead. They cost a little bit more but give you all the proper information about their services.
I wouldn't be surprised if my car had damage from their parking lot since they seem to be incompetent when it comes to running a business.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are horrible !!!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Feb 26, 2021
We've used this parking lot twice now, reserving through way.com. We've always had a good time using them. No issues or problems. This last time we used this lot, we actually came about 5 hours earlier than our reservation and they didn't charge us any extra. If we tried to go through way.com, it would have cost us like $20 more, if not more. The staff is polite and the people who drive the shuttles are friendly and helpful. The shuttles are also pretty regular and on time as well. Will definitely continue to use them for Oakland flights, especially since it was only $5/night!

This location is now an Expresso Airport Parking location now. I will give it 3 stars now and will revise after I use the reservation I made for later this month. I used to like Fastback Airport Parking before the pandemic. It was very convenient.

I appreciate you trying to lift my luggage into the shuttle... However, I don't appreciate you throwing my luggage on the floor. I have valuables in my luggage. Meaning, I can place my luggage in the designated spot without anything being broken on my own. Thank you...
There are definitely pros and cons for this OFF-AIRPORT parking...
Pro: Easy in and out...
Con: Located in the ghetto and is an outdoor lot. They are not very informative and can initially confuse you. The shuttles will wait and pick you up by your car. Shuttles may take a while to pick you up from the airport. (Best to call them to let them know you're waiting)Helpful 33Thanks 0Love this 26Oh no 0 - A H.Oakland, CA051Dec 2, 2020
Parking lot is a good size but cars are crammed in. No covid 19 separation on their shuttles.
Got picked up by their driver in a golf cart from my parking spot, unfortunately he had No mask on.
Just not a fan of this company at allHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ryan S.San Jose, CA1924841Mar 15, 2018
Where do I start? The lady who checked us in was beyond rude, failing to answer any of our questions.
Upon returning, another crazy woman who displayed zero customer service tried to threaten us into paying another $50 for 3 days of uncovered parking (we had prepaid)
She took a look at our receipt, which showed the name of their company, the address, the dates & prices we paid, & still tried to say we parked at the wrong place, and then, after pointing out the address which matched, saying they don't accept this form of payment! I don't know Wtf was going on, but I know when I'm trying to be scammed.
After arguing with her for around 2 minutes, I got out of the car & asked for my phone back & to speak with her manager. The first two times I asked her she refused to return my phone until I paid. Finally, I yelled at her & demanded it back & she finally obliged.
One of the craziest woman I've ever ran across, & she refused to give me her name, & stated it's none of your business lol
Stay far away from spot hero/fast track parking.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
