Fusion Delight is located in the Greenhouse Marketplace. This plaza gets pretty busy and packed, especially on the weekends because of this restaurant and the many eateries / stores here as well, so parking may be hit or miss depending on when you come by. Like most dim sum restaurants, there is usually a long wait on weekends, especially on Sunday mornings, so be prepared to wait at least 1 - 2 hours. The interior is elegant looking / prettier than your average dim sum spots - this is a huge restaurant / venue for events or parties as well.

My family likes this place, so we come here for weekend morning dim sum or family dinner parties from time to time. I personally think their dim sum and food is average / decent for a dim sum spot / Chinese restaurant. Overall, this is a more pricey spot for dim sum and a much longer wait, but the aesthetics of the restaurant is nice though.

      4/2024

Attended a wedding that was held here. Never been here before - ample parking as it's part of a shopping strip.

Service was hit or miss, we asked for an ice refill and the waiter took our bucket and never returned.
We had to ask someone else for ice and he came back with it filled 1/2 way for a table of 10 people. LOL What can you do but accept!

Food was ok. Sashimi was a bit fishy.

Few other courses were served but people digged in before I snapped a picture!

When there is alcohol involved, people don't always let the phone eat first

      Happy Friday!!!

      TLDR: We won't go back.
Story: We were there for dim sum and service was whatever, typical Chinese dim sum place yk. So my aunt paid and I believe she tipped like 10%. This guy had the audacity to chase after my aunt and push one of our family members on the way out and demand more tip. We refused after this and guy brought out his manager to ask for more..

I came here on a Sunday morning for dim sum with a party of 5. This restaurant is located inside the Greenhouse plaza so parking can be hard during the weekend.

The baked dishes that we ordered were cold - almost as if it was left over from the day before. The spicy wontons were really good though.

The service was super slow. We ordered a total of 15 different dishes (2 never ended up coming out but we were charged for it anyways). There is an automatic 18% tip so double check your receipts!

This restaurant is definitely overpriced compared to the dim sum restaurants in the area.

Double check your receipts and don't double tip! They automatically add a 18%

This is one of those places that treat you like crap, but for the most part have great dim sum. Like you gotta be a pretty aggressive Asian to match their lack of service to make up for it. Wave your hand and stare them down for the bill, for tea bill, for chili paste, etc.

We've been here extensively, my family, friends, and relatives, for dim sum, dinners and even weddings.
      The general overview of it:
      (1) This place gets packed! Like get here when they open or get here 2 hours after. Don't go inbetween or you'll wait from 1-2 hours for a table.
      (2) They don't do reservations for dim sum(morning), but they do for dinner. For holidays, book weeks in advance, or you won't get a spot.
      (3) We found their dim sum to be better than dinner. Dinner, the meat was not fresh enough for my mom's taste. But their fried rice and stir fry noodles are great. Lots of wok hay which is why we usually come here.
      (4) Very Chinese based and most workers speak very hood Cantonese/mandarin, but not so much English. Fortunately you order off an IPad, so you don't really have to interact if you don't speak chinese.

      Our favorite dim sum items:
      - Salted egg yolk pumpkin(my fav)
      - Shui mai(my sister swears it's the best in the Bay Area, it's been here favorite dim sum item to eat since she was a kid)
      - clay pot fried rice
      - beef chow fun

These are the ones we almost always get when we come here, and we'll rotate other items.

This place is generally more expensive than other dim sum places, but stress free about if we'll get good dim sum. The tea is also better here than other places. Also cleaner and well decorated compared to other places.

Mongolian beef chow fun, beef decent not too chewy, chow fun good, some sauce, so it is more "wet".

Dried fried beef chow fun, same as above except drier.

Singapore style rice noodle, good, tasty.

Beef stew rice noodle roll in clay pot, not a "noodle roll" that is steamed, but actual circle rolls, beef stew was well tender soft and good quantity.

Deep fried tofu skin wrap w/ salad, good, crunchy, tasty, salad nice touch.

Shrimp roll w/ chives, similar above but diff skin, good.

Pork blood, taste good, but blood too rough, should be more smooth.

Couple's delight spicy combo beef, ok, not for me.

As mentioned by several other reviews, food is good, service is okay, but you don't go to dimsum for good service. I came with my family on a Saturday morning. It was already super packed, but got our table pretty quickly. The place gets pretty loud during lunch, the space is super large and fancy enough to hold some wedding banquets lol.

We ordered an assortment of dimsum and chef specials. Some special callouts is their fried thin noodle with seafood, braised honeycomb beef clay pot, the sea bass dumplings, and the 3 color soup dumplings. I ordered the soup dumplings that had lemon.. and they were interesting. Not sure if lemon is the right flavor lol. But I liked that there was broth inside and outside the dumpling. Good soup (minus the lemon).

Service was also above standards lol! We had originally asked for an additional pot with hot water. They said they couldn't do that because they didn't have enough tea pots. But then towards the end of our meal (~45 minutes later) they brought the pot of hot water! So props on them for remembering that after so long and bringing that to us!

Overall, pretty good spot. My family is pretty picky when it comes to Cantonese style food and dimsum, and this is one of our regular haunts!

I used to eat here for dim sum and have not tried Fusion Delight for dinner till now. Restaurant is in a huge space and is fanciful for a Chinese restaurant. Expect long waits and lots of pushy patrons invading your personal space, but this is typical. The food is worth it. Every dish came out hot and tasted how I would hope it to be, at its best.

The service was as accommodating as much as possible, through the bustling crowd of patrons & multiple parties.

      1. Honey Spareribs- tender, meaty and tasty
      2. Salted Egg Yolk Crab- comparable to R & G, but less fluff.
      3. Lobster Noodles- percent of sauce and plenty of lobster.
      4. Sizzling Steak Cubes
      5. Rock Cod w/Greens- fish was super hot, crunchy, juicy & green beans had a nice bite
      6. Peking Duck- outstanding with crunchy skin and lots of it, fat rendered well, excess fat removed.
      7. Giant Surf Clams- loaded sea food goodness.
      8. Honey Walnut Prawns- just a touch of mayo, breading minimal and prawns were plump and fresh.

This is definitely a go to place for delicious Chinese food, family style with banquet quality.

Came here around noon on a Saturday for a table of 3 where we luckily waited only 15-minutes. They did seat us at a table meant for 8, but there were no small tables available. Food is self ordered on a tablet in English and Chinese which is helpful. My family and I ordered the following:

      * 新康 塊食 Shrimp dumpling house special $9.75
      * 鴨雜 (miscellaneous.duck) $15 - this was surprisingly so good!
      * 終工火孚L合鳥 Roasted squab $20.95
      * 米粉卷甜甜圈 Rice noodle roll donut $9.75 - no flavor. Wouldn't get again.
      * 釀感牛可票 Beef tripe ginger onion $7.75
      * 名醬蒸鳳爪 Chicken feet with black bean sauce $7.75
      * 蜜汁餐包仔 Baked pork bun $6.75 - tasted a bit weird today, so not a fan!
      * 蒸層蓋 糕 Layered ginger cake $7.75 - I'm not a huge ginger person unless it's for taste and as a dish this was too much for me. My parents loved it though!
      * 陳善车肉大 Steamed beef ball $6.75 (not pictured)
