The reason behind the 3 stars is solely do to the fact that when I was messaging a few businesses on here for price quotes & availability, this company came back with the best price & open availability. A couple others had similar pricing.
I was told it was going to cost $45 to replace the back on my husbands phone. They never said anything about there being any possibility of additional charges or add-ons.. when it came time to pay, we were charged more.. Not a huge vast amount more, but more none the less & that didn't set well with me.. Just a courtesy FYI, so your aware before you visit and not surprised at the last minute..
On the up side. It was clean inside and out & it only took about 15 minutes to replace the back and we were on our way!!

My girlfriend loves and cannot be without her iPhone. She was so sad when it suddenly would no longer hold a charge. She came to me Friday night and Saturday I hunted for a place to go where it could be repaired. Reliably. First time doing this. So I ended up trying Getitfixed and was pleasantly surprised. Every box ticked: fast, professional, kind, a clean and cute store, and easy to find (near HWY 50). So not to gush too much but really so happy to add this man's business to our list of those we rely on. Price and time quoted were exact, competitive, and transaction easy. Would highly recommend.

came in to get my ipad screen replaced on my lunch, it was fixed and ready to pick up by the time i was off! great & efficient service.

My daughter and I went in to get a screen protector for her phone. The office is clean, employee had a face mask and everyone social distanced. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently for a more than reasonable price.

A few days before New Year 2019, I inadvertently left my iPad Pro on my car. As I drove off, the iPad fell off, landed on its screen and shattered. Although it still turned on and read Touch ID, it looked very bad. I contacted Getitfixed. They were the only business who actually had the screen part. The repair was flawless. My iPad looked like I just bought it. Plus they fixed it during the Holiday Season. I was very pleased. Great quality! Great customer service! Quick turnaround! 5 stars all the way!

I went today to get my iPhone and iPad fixed and it did not work out. The guy who greeted me said he can not honor any coupons I saw online. I saw a coupon of $7 online and he said he would not honor it, very odd. I was ready to get both fixed and he said no. Horrible Customer Service. I hope it was worth it to lose a customer and potentially $200 on fixing my stuff. In a pandemic you do this, business must be really great to turn people away. I wasn't asking for $20 off, $7 or something and I would've stayed and given you my business, but you were rude! I would never recommend this place. Go somewhere else. By the way it wasn't about the money, but how I was treated to be honest with you.

Excellent Fast Repair Service that saved me $75 comparative to others bids I received from 4 other shops. They replaced my son's screen and LCD display in hours, when the Apple & Verizon recommended repair stores were priced above $310. I not only saved $65-$100 compared to the others who told me they needed to order the parts with a turn around time of a week or more, this company blew my mind in quickly getting the screen and LCD replaced in less than 5 hours. My son needed his ipad for school and fortunately thanks to Getitfixed, he did not miss a single class online as a result of the amazingly fast repairs. Thank you for all you have done for us guys; we are super thankful for your excellent, lighting-speed repair service!

This place is solid. They advertise that they fix phones, and that's exactly what they did for me, for a cheaper price than other places I've gone for the same service.

Bonus points for this repair job, my phone was busted all to hell, with insides hanging out of a hole in the screen, I half expected them to laugh at me and send me packing when they saw it. Not the case.
