This review has been long overdue, but better late than never! I am super glad I took my vehicle to goodyear auto service. Their service is friendly, professional, and their pricing VERY competitive. Honestly, it is hard to find pricing as competitive as theirs anywhere!
I dropped my Toyota Corolla off on Monday and it was ready for pick up by Thursday (efficient). Dave and Marie Hamilton really took care of me and my vehicle. It went from faded/peeling paint to gloriously sexy black! Had services 4 yrs ago very little negatives, but currently this place is a CLOWN show. I came here to replace four tires. The associates could not tell me what was in their inventory. The only good thing about my experience this time is that the work was done in a timely manner. Everything else was crappy.
The biggest issue is the customer service and it was terrible when I came to pick up my vehicle. While customer reps appear nice, the business lacks infrastructure in conducting customer service. Listen, I an NOT a "kevin" but we got Brian lying on the phone telling them he's assisting other customers. Meanwhile, clients are lined up looking at each other wondering what customers Brian is talking about because he's been looking at the same computer screen for the last 20 minutes (not helping clients).
Glen is nice, but he seems to not be able to read the room and proceeds to casually tell stories to coworkers and clients they are currently assisting. Smiling and telling jokes, while again, customers are lined up out the door. Like, do you not see us??? Waiting to give you our money?
There was no sense or urgency which translates to unprofessional. They have one working computer and usually one working associate even though there may be three associates present. There was no " hey, I'll be right with you or I'll be with you shortly." NOTHING, just them ignoring customers until called.
In conclusion, if you have time and low standards for customer service, sure, go here. I cannot put myself through this again. Also be sure to check your tire pressure sensors before leaving! They will have you drive off without resetting! (does anyone go through any type of training??? Like for real!)
**And please keep the manager's corporate scripted -worthless apologies. If you keep getting one Stars it means no changes are happening. You will lose business and eventually close because you let "customer service " run wild." Do better, fix that problem before it takes the entire business down. Jun 8, 2019Previous reviewFriendly team and service is usually fast. The only con is that their should be more than 1-2 people hosting the front office during busy hours. Lines are usually short, but questions/answers can take a while.

DO NOT go here AS OF MONDAY 2/19/24 !!! if the skinny older asian mechanic still works there then do not let him work on your car. He is completely wreckless with customer cars. I get here early and as am waiting i see him drive in multiple cars that got there AFTER me, and every single time he drove way too fast into the driveway almost hitting pedestrians and one of the times almost hit one of the girls that works in the front! Then drove the car extremely fast over the bumps that lead to the garage, (that can't be good for the the alignment) i feel as though they try to mess up the car to get more money in repairs!!My bumper has scratches from him flying into the driveway! Unbelievable. I beleive only thing that seems to be keeping the place running is the very helpful females in the front! They've got customer service down to a T. The 2 stars go simply to them

Got our Jeep alignment done, service was amazing. They were very friendly and we were in and out of there super quick. Great location too so definitely recommend.

I was driving on a donut tire and looking to change out all of my tires quickly, and Goodyear had way more reasonable prices and better value than other places I called. Their service was great, and the guy was friendly and helpful.
But I have to take 1 star off because every time I asked, they told me the service would take 1.5 hours, but it ended up taking 4.5 hours total because they don't include the time that the car sits in the lot, waiting for someone to start service. I didn't really mind because luckily I had read some Yelp reviews beforehand that mentioned this, so I had gone home to wait it out. Highly recommend. Gia and Felicia went above and beyond. Our road trip plans were saved because of their help with 4 new tires, oil change and their advice regarding my transmission fluid.

Unbelievable negligence !
They did my oil change and they FORGOT to put back my OIL CAP!!!
Can u imagine the oil spill in my engine ? I smelled burned oil ! They will not even compensate your travel allowance to go to work while your car broke down nor clean it.
I called them and the lady manager was so rude! I complained and brought back my car for them to check.
After they checked my car I opened my hood before leaving their premises since I learned my lesson to check ,and again the oil cap is not tighten , it's just sitting on top. I think that's intentional because I complained , and the rude manager told me that I can report anywhere and will not do service to me there. How rude it's their fault again !
Always check your oil cap before leaving their premises!!!

I've been here twice to request air checks on my tires.
My most recent visit was this past Friday. 8/26/22. I happened to walk-in and was lucky there were no other customers ahead of me. This was around 1-2PM. A lady behind the counter was speaking to another customer and another gentleman (Brian), walked up to the counter to assist me. I asked him how much it would be for an air check. He responded, no charge. He proceeded to guide me to open bay to fill my tires. He filled my tires per my spec request and even provided two free tire pressure caps as he noticed they were missing (without even saying a word). Upon completion, he thanked me for the visit. If this is how they'll treat someone who didn't even buy any services, I can only imagine the care once I do. I came in on announced on a busy Wednesday morning with seven people in front of me and a girlfriend to pick up at the airport. They pushed it through and got my oil change and tire rotation done in less time than they estimated. From walking in the door to driving off the lot it was less than 90 minutes. This is not my first time with the store but they always impress me with their professionalism and attention to detail. Blew a tire on my way to work In December. On a busy Saturday morning they got me to work with only an hour's delay.
Picked up a nail today and again, they had me patched and back on the road in an hour.
Here's the kicker: They didn't charge me a DIME!
It wasn't even their tire!

5 out of 5 recommend this shop for any of your vehicle's needs. I called with a last-minute issue and was welcome to come by anyway. The team took care of me and the other five people who came with problems at the last minute from oil pan leaks and various tire/wheel issues.
