We hired Guru to drive 5 of us to Livermore for wine tasting. Biki was prompt and very professional. The price was very fair. I would use this service again and recommend him to anyone.

To celebrate my wife's birthday, we took a group to Wente Winery's restaurant in Livermore (which, BTW, was fabulous).

We contracted with Guru Limo, our local Alameda family-owned company, and couldn't be happier. Co-owner and nice guy Biki Malhi chauffeured us.

The car was impeccably clean and he took great care of us. He dropped us off at the restaurant and simply asked that we text him when we were ready to move on to the tasting room. He was there in 30 seconds.

Everything about our day in Livermore was perfect and Guru Limo played a large part. It was fun, it was celebratory -- and it was relaxing because we left the driving to someone else..

Werecommend him without hesitation and will use him any time we need a limo in the future. He is available 24/7 for airport runs, events, winetastings, etc., etc. and gives guarantees he will be on time.

Clean, on time, welcoming, impeccable. What more could one ask for??

I was looking for a limo service to drive my office of 7 to an A's game, and called Guru. They were able to accommodate on very short notice, and while I was really just looking for a passenger van, they had a stretch limo for a fair price. Why not? My office was thrilled and it made for a great day. The car was clean and Biki was a true professional. We'll definitely use them again.

Used Guru twice this for Valentines and my lady's birthday. The limo was on time to all destinations, the driver Biki was VERY helpful in planning the 2 different dates, the price was more than fair and the service was A-1 professionalism!!! I'll be using this service from here on out. I recommend it to anyone in need of limo service!

Guru Limousine is a professional, reliable and prompt taxi service. Working with Guru as a contracted company has not put my company as low priority. We are always accommodated with a driver anytime we put in a request. The vehicles are always neat and well maintained. Guru Limousine really does all they can to take care of you.

Hired last night for dinner in San Francisco. I was told one driver and another show up and seemed not to happy to be working. Got lost leaving Sunnyvale to San Francisco.
Limo not well maintained... Moon Roof did not work, Radio knob broken and volume blasted. When we asked the driver about the moon roof he remark was oh it's broken, same as the radio. Vehicle was very stiff in ride as if it has not been serviced.

We paid a lot of money for something that did not work, Everyone in party was very disappointed in Limo, but dinner in North Beach was great.

Our driver was Medi, he was great - on time with the vehicle clean and tidy. He was flexible with when we wanted to leave for our concert, and overall was super easy to work with. He helped us get home safely and was overall extremely patient with our large group of 14. I will definitely be booking again with Biki and his team and recommend their services! The sound system was really good too!

Biki is great! I've never booked a limo. He answered all my questions and helped me arrange a nice evening for my rowdy party of 6. I purchased a 4 hour tour in one of his stretch limousines. The driver was very attentive to time.He drove us into SF for dinner, traffic was great so he took Embarcadero for some extra sightseeing. After dinner he drove us out to some piers in Alameda for more photo op time by the water. We were quite tipsy at this point, however the driver corralled us all back in and got us to the Justin Timberlake concert in perfect time. Thanks Guru Limo, I will definitely use you again.

My friends and I used this company to rent a van from our apartment in Pleasanton to a concert in Mountain View. The van arrived early and the driver Medi was great! We were able to play music and have fun in the van. After the concert, the van was already waiting for us, in a separate lot for limos, which made for a quick and easy exit! I'd highly recommend this service and definitely plan on using this company again for other concerts I plan to attend.

We were in San Francisco this past weekend and needed transportation to and from airport and to Napa Valley for a day of wine tasting. Our driver, Biki, was amazing! He was always early when picking us up and was very professional and detailed-oriented to ensure we had a pleasant experience. In addition, he planned our Napa Valley day for us by selecting a variety of wineries and making tasting reservations for us. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience! We will definitely turn to Guru any time we are in the San Francisco area in the future and recommend Guru to any friends and family members who go to visit San Francisco also.
