Harry's Hofbrau

I ordered a Reuben on marbled rye. It was so good. They apply the meat very generously with all the fixings along with thousand island dressing on the side. I sat in the restaurant and enjoyed my meal. I only ate half it was so filling. Eveyone is so friendly. It's a very pleasant atmosphere. Busboy is quick to keep up the tables and floors.

Old school dining at this restaurant offering generous potions of comfort food. I've been coming here for years and find their turkey wing to be one of their best values! My community service group likes to have meetings here. We'd reserve one of their side rooms or outdoor spaces and hang out for hours. Luckily, they rarely run out of space!! Staff has always been great about having us meet there.
I like almost all the cakes I've had here. The carrot cake tastes better than it looks!

Pretty good selection of hot and ready food to go or dine in. Grab a plate n tray for dine in or say to go.

fun place to go for a Thanksgiving meal with friends in a large group. Totally old school kinda place, so our teenagers were quite amused. I ordered a turkey leg and tried the rice custard, everything was really good. Portions are huge, so it was enough food for three meals.

I've always loved Harry's, but was pretty disappointed last week when I rushed over after getting off work at 10 to find all the doors locked by 10:30pm. Their door, and website both advertising closed at 11pm not 10:30. I understand doing to go orders as it gets closer to closing but locking the doors before 10:30 is not okay if you are advertising 11pm as your closing time. I drove all the way from San Ramon to have to find out they all wanted to go home early. I hope management sees this review and fixes the issue. Either change your advertised closing time or stay open until 11pm.

My husband loves this place. I love the variety of food they have. Their turkey is a staple here. It is always cooked perfectly. The sides are the best. My favorites are the mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
On Saturdays they have prime rib and they sell out fast! It's pretty legit here. Comfort food at its best. The staff are nice. They definitely are very generous with the portions here! Pricing is extremely reasonable.
Plenty of seating and very clean. Love the vibe in there!

I came here with my boyfriend for a date night. Honestly the food was really good. Atmosphere was amazing as well. We got the roasted beef and Mac and cheese. And my boyfriend got the beef stroganoff over noodles. The service here was also amazing. For the price you would get your bang for your buck !

Roast

Roast beef has lots of gristle and tough to chew. Very mild flavor and lack seasonings. Steamed broccoli and corns are tasteless. Turkey drumstick very dry. Parking is challenging at lunch time.

Delicious food!!!! I always want to stop there while in the Bay Area. San Leandro location. Go try, you won't be disappointed.

Always a great option when it's late and nothing else is open. I've tried the specials and the turkey and the roast beef, all with very good flavor. Large portions and the service is quick. Plenty of seating too.
