Excellent service and helpful! Terry was receptive to my Project inquiry on Yelp and I was able to schedule a repair time that same week. I brought my car in at 8AM and it was finished by early afternoon which was convenient. My car is running smoothly now that it has a new serpentine brake and I'm able to drive it safely.

He also let me know my check engine light was on and very kindly helped me repair my windshield wiper that had fallen off. Definitely recommend visiting this place for your car repairs.

Excellent service! I wanted to buy a car from a used car dealer in Fremont, and so had to find a local mechanic to perform a pre-purchase inspection. High Street Automotive responded in less than an hour, offered the lowest price compared to all other responses, and I was able to make an appointment within 3 days.

They were a little behind on time due to a shipping delay that morning, but it was still complete only about 30-60 minutes later than anticipated. They were able to explain the results of their inspection, and discovered an unresolved recall even the dealer didn't know about. They were also able to warn me, from their decades of experience, a common issue the make of my car tends to experience sometime in the next 20k-50k miles!

I left feeling respected, informed, and well taken care of.

I had issue with the windshielf washer. They figured out it is a leakage in the tube. So I don't have to change the whole tank.

They repair effectively.

Replacing a transmission was done in this place. Terry (the owner?) did a great job. Especially he gave many detailed information about what was done and what should be known. Through Yelps, after we gave him all required information, he gave us a very accurate and honorable quote, then we settled the deal very quickly.

Highly recommend this car mechanics ship. One month ago the Toyota dealer told me that the upper control arms of my car have worn out and had to be replaced. And the dealer ask me $2,400 for that. I found that too expensive and asked around. High street automotive gave the lowest price out of 5 car mechanics shops I asked. And they did a good job fixing that. A couple weeks ago I noticed some noise when starting my car from stop. This time they fixed the issues for no charge. I'm definitely coming back should any car mechanic issue arise in the future.

Terry is the man. Cool guy, No BS, & Quick & Straightforward service! Audi Fremont has been giving me the runaround for months on my A4 for what Terry quickly diagnosed to be a dirty fuel injector. Was in and out within a few hours. Glad I found a shop that's earned my trust after months of being duped by the dealership. Thanks Terry!

Great service! Got my brakes done after making an appointment 2 days prior. Hung around while the work was done. Front and back took about 2.5 hrs. Pricing was also more than reasonable. Be sure to make an appointment, this place is busy.

I scheduled a 830 am oil change and in my past experiences, the shop always wanted me to come back in a couple of hours even though there's a scheduled appt.

Not with this shop! My car was worked on, the time scheduled. I was out of there in less than 30 mins! Terry was great, awesome customer service. While, I was sitting on the couch, he was interacting with other customers and auto supply shops on the phone. He was honest and very thorough, explaining everything in detail. It's great to find a auto shop, customers can trust.
