Decent garage in the mission area. Everything is automated and easy enough to use. The machine makes you enter the license plate, so have that ready. It's a little tricky entering the amount of time you want so you might have to figure it out.
They have limited hours to 1030pm most nights, so it's not the best for late night events. I called the service number and they answered immediately with questions. Overall it's decent for the hours provided but it is in a bad area. I saw someone shooting up right across the street.Helpful 16Thanks 3Love this 12Oh no 3 - Cody K.CA, CA0243Mar 30, 2024
My brother and I went to show near by. Paid for parking until 1 am I could've swore small sign was not out when parking. But then Then arrived back to this truck blocking the exit sign out by the pay machine which wasn't there when we left when trying to leave the guys demanding we pay an extra 60 bucks. It's a racket be careful if parking here after 1030

PAYED for 4 hours of parking, when we came back before our parking expired there was a huge group of people, us included, who were locked out of the garage. We couldn't access our cars, had to wait in the cold for 30 minutes until a "manager" showed up. After rudely letting us in, he made everyone pay 63 dollars even though we already payed for our parking. He did this by blocking the exit with his truck. When we told him there were NO warnings/signs about this fee, he said he would call the cops if we didn't pay. At this point they had shut the gate as well as blocking the exit with his truck. Literally being held hostage, and the people we called for help were insanely rude and scary. Very threatening too.

My car was broken into and the rear passenger window smashed and they stole my belongings. No attendant present. And no gates so anyone can enter easily I guess. When asked about surveillance cameras and getting the footage they were least helpful and said there's no direct way to contact the folks and that we could try an email. Filed a police report

We parked here on a Saturday morning about 11 AM for an event at the SF Armory (the Stranger Things Experience). We had no trouble finding a place close to the entrance, and the parking fee was totally reasonable.
The neighborhood is a little sketchy (it's the Mission District, what do you expect!) but the attendant station was literally 4 cars away. I had no fears that my car would be safe.
Would definitely park here again.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Feb 15, 2020
For those of you that have been to San Francisco, you know that it is difficult finding parking. This is a new parking garage and it was close to the place I was visiting. Basically, you park and then go to the prepay machine with your license plate number. You punch the number into the machine and pick the amount you want to pay. It was only $3 per hour which I thought was pretty reasonable. I will definitely use this place again if I have to go there.

Parked here 10-9-21 for dinner. Less than two hours. No parking attendants here. My car had 2 windows broken and rummaged through. Some items stolen, but big headache. I would not recommend parking here

My locked car was STOLEN out of the (attended) garage in the middle of the day on Friday, Dec. 7. I was forced to spend hours to fill out a police report and take a Lyft and public bus back home, before the police called several hours later to say that they had found the car a few blocks away. Then had to turn around and head back into SF (40 miles round trip, plus bridge toll) to claim it before they towed it. Ended up spending $100 on the ordeal and losing a bunch of stuff from inside the car, but THE KICKER IS THAT THEY'RE STILL CHARGING ME $19 FOR PARKING. What in God's good name is happening?
I agree with others here that there's clearly some kind of inside job situation at work here. Recommendations?Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
