Oren and his colleague came within just a couple of days after I called. They were professional and courteous. We had honey bees get into our attic and set up a hive. This attracted rats! They made such a mess!!! Oren came out and cleaned everything, cleaned the furnace, replaced the soiled insulation material. The furnace is sparkling clean and healthy now. I will use Oren again in the future if need any HVAC repairs or dryer vent clean out.

I called with some questions about air conditioning installation and was really grateful for some straightforward responses about what my options are and a ballpark price range.

I'm not ready to schedule an estimate yet so a lot of companies do not want to answer these questions, but when I'm ready for an estimate I will definitely ask Oren to come out!

My furnace wasn't working for the last 2 years but it's very cold lately so I decided to fixed it.
Oren came by and fix it on the spot and was able to replace me the filter as well.

As a homeowner, owner of multiple rental properties and very active Realtor, I seen to need Hvac services more than the average person. I've called and have easily been able to schedule Oren about 7 or 8 times in less than a year and every time my experience has been wonderful. The office staff is very professional and the technicians including Oren, Thanh and Sean always go the extra mile to take care of what you need in the quickest and most efficient and cost effective ways. Twice I have told them that I had a furnace that needed to be replaced and they told me we didn't need a new one, a good cleaning by them would be just fine. And they were right! They are totally trustworthy and their prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

After our response, the manager immediately contacted us, apologized and offered corresponding solutions to these problems. Their sincere attitude makes me believe that they care about customers and their own reputation and are willing to constantly improve themselves. Based on their attitude, I'm willing to give them another chance for further collaboration.

We worked with Oren 4 years ago, and they were super professional at that moment. But this year I found them again for the duct cleaning and we are extremely unhappy about their service. They did things carelessly, many details make me very helpless. Pls be careful about the quality of their service now.

1. The roof vent lid is not tightened. A screw has already dropped on the floor!! We have a 9 month old at home, it will be too dangerous if he eat that screw on floor or the vent drop and hit his head.
2. Uncleaned vent, they probably missed this one but charge us 12 cents price
3. Left ladder and water bottle at our home
4. Did not replace filter
5. The workmen accidentally chipped off a piece of the door frame

Arrived early in promised window, finished estimate quickly. Declined bid because we can't afford it. Will manage with old heater.

Sean, the technician that came out was amazing! Had to go through two swindlers from other companies before actually getting to someone who knew what he was doing and was honest. Honest air conditioner repair people are hard to come by, so stick with this place!

When the air conditioning suddenly stopped working a little over a week ago when I just moved in, the first person to come out said the entire system needed to be replaced for $8,000 and he pushed for me to get going with that immediately.

The second person who came out was a friend of a friend of a family friend who managed to swindle me out of $700. He replaced a few parts and installed a new thermostat because mine was "old", telling me that will make the air work. When he was done, some air was coming out of the vents, but barely any. He tried to convince me that my house's air flow doesn't get any stronger than that and the puff of air coming out was appropriate for the size of each room. Then he asked me why I wasn't married.
This piece of crap installed gas lights instead of air conditioning. Eventually no air was coming out at all.

I had an appointment with Oren services set up for the next day the friend told me to cancel because everyone but his friend is a crook. And when I mentioned the "married" comment - it was just a "joke"! The amount of sexism I experienced from that experience was absurd.

I was so mad and no one was believing me, so I emailed Oren Services to hopefully get my appointment back, and thankfully was able to. Sean did what none of these other people did and actually went up in the attic to see what was going on with the duct work. The others barely looked at anything and one left the vent open before he left. Sean knew what he was doing, actually troubleshooted and knew how to fix it right away. Also, he was very nice.

A block of ice had formed due to a faulty blower motor that blocked the air flow through the ducts. The other guys also noticed the ice block, but did nothing. Sean replaced the blower motor and in order to test it, turned the heater on to melt the block of ice - something none of the others even thought to do, basically just saying there was no way to remove a block of ice. Because no one else knew something as simple as melting the ice to get rid of it?! Everyone noticed the ice problem, but Sean was the only one to actually do something about it!

Once the ice was gone, the new blower worked great, with a strong air flow through all the vents that the one guy tried to convince was impossible for this house to have. Sean also noticed that some vents that had no to little air flow were installed upside down or blocked in some way, when he fixed them, air came right out from vents I was told were supposed to have air flow that weak.

Sean went above and beyond and even charged less than the others. I'm sticking with Oren Services from now on.

Oren is very professional, explained everything, and is a real genuine person. He presents all of your options clearly and is a pleasure to work with. I wish I met him sooner but will use him for all my HVAC needs in the future.
