I emailed Ideal Landscape after contacting a few contractors for problems with a leak. David was super nice and made time available to drop by for some consultation.

Initially, my contractors have been scaring us saying that we need to knock out the driveway and install a trench drain to fix some issues with water. They also stated that the hairline cracks in the driveway are also problematic with water. Long story short, the contractor gave me some crazy quote and got me searching for other professional opinions regarding our driveway.

Anyway, we called Ideal, couldn't get a hold of someone. David called back saying that he missed a call. Was able to make time out the following Monday to check out the site and give us a quote. He arrived on time, while I was 5 minutes away from home and was nice enough to wait for us. He was very approachable in person and super nice with all the questions we threw at him. After a few short minutes, he told us not to do anything with our driveway because it seemed like it was in perfect condition to him. He told us that it was best to seek for a plumber to work on some downspout issues and that the plumber would be able to fix a crack in the pvc pipe. If the smaller issue did not resolve the problem, he suggested to give him a call for referrals to others who can help.

We appreciate his honesty, and would definitely keep him in our phonebook for referrals and future work!

I used Ideal Landscape for a large front yard and back yard project. My goals were to create a more usable space, reduce watering waste through better irrigation, and improve the scenery from my windows so my garden could feel like a haven from the outside world. They delivered on all this and more.

Ideal Landscape replied to a request for bids that I posted on Nextdoor. I'm really glad they did because they provided me with a beautiful finished product. Their whole crew (landscape construction, designer, pavers, lighting) came with a lot of experience and good design sensibilities. This was critical because my backyard required a lot of grading and needed people who had the right knowledge and expertise. The work also required a lot of custom cutting of pavers and blocks to fit the space.

The process started with a discussion about what work needed to be done so they could give me a quote. They were efficient and honest in what could and couldn't be done based on my budget.

Once the project got started, we met every day to review the plans for that day and make sure we were in agreement on the details. This daily communication helped avoid surprises and allowed us to make decisions quickly about changes to the original design plans.

When we hit snags in the process, like a design plan that didn't quite fit the space or drainage locations that were challenging to implement, Ideal Landscape was great at problem solving and providing options and estimates.

The project took about 6weeks to complete. It involved ordering boulders, rocks, pebbles, artificial turf, pavers, wood, bark, plants, lighting, irrigation, and electrical materials. We had to make a lot of decisions everyday about what went where to be sure there were no mistakes.

The work unfolded in a very organized and systematic approach. This made it easy to get a feel for what decisions needed to be made when, to keep the project moving forward smoothly. At the end of every day, they also did a thorough job of cleaning up all work areas.

On top of the excellent quality of work, I also really enjoyed the company of Ideal Landscape's owner. Robert was pleasant, trustworthy, fair, took pride in his work, and was overall very engaging. I could see that he had experienced every design challenge we faced and felt comfortable with his recommendations.

My project ended up being bigger than planned and I didn't know what to expect. But seeing the finished product blew me away. It all came together so well and I love, love, love spending time in the backyard and looking at our front yard from inside the house.

For the size and scale of this project, it couldn't have gone any better. I am recommending Ideal Landscape to all my friends and family and will definitely go back to them should I ever need more work done.

David and his team did a fantastic job for our project where they redid both side yards of our house and poured concrete. Everyone in his team were extremely kind, professional, honest, and great to work with throughout the project. David also made sure that every little detail was done to my satisfaction. The end result couldn't have been better. We are planning on doing another project with them soon. Don't waste your time looking for others, you can't beat David and his crew.

David and his team from Ideal Landscape did an amazing job transforming our mess of a backyard to a space that is sleek, beautiful, open, and far more functional. David was extremely responsive to any questions we had and continuously checked in throughout the process to make sure we were happy and content with how things were progressing. When necessary (mostly in regards to the layout of the pipes and drainage system) he stopped by to explain things in person, even being willing to come by at 6:30am to meet with my husband before work. He and his team were kind, professional, and personable. We were extremely pleased with their work ethic, attention to time and detail, and communicativeness. We would highly recommend them. David Alfaro and his team provided excellent service and quality work. I had a concrete patio and drainage installed. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly, hard-working. The project was completed sooner than expected. I highly recommend ideal, landscaping concrete.

David and his team are amazing to work with. I was looking for a team who can complete the job fast because I would like to move in early and they delivered. David was able to give me a quick estimation of the price and even flexible on providing me reasonable pricing when I want a last minute change to make the walk way wider. On top of the additional request, they worked late and finished the job in 3 days as promised! They helped installing the whole walk way around the house and backyard patio, including the whole drainage system for the house. They also did really great job cleaning up and the quality of finished work was top notch. Thank you David and your team! They are all super nice, hard working people. In 2020 Ideal Landscaping added a sprinkler and installed a new front lawn for me. David was very responsive when I had questions. Fast forward 3 years later one of the sprinklers seemed to be leaking, I think maybe from me running over it with my car. I emailed David and he sent out one of his crew to check it out and fix the problem. Im very grateful and thankful for the excellent customer service, even 3 years later.

We schedule consultation with Ideal Landscape & Concrete to take a look at our drainage problem. I'm cannot appreciate enough how David told us this was a job that he cannot do. He's knowledgeable and gave us his solution and explained it! He wrote down some referrals to other businesses that will be able to resolve our drainage issue as well as some tips on maintaining our current yard. From my interaction I already know they work with integrity and that's extremely important. Hope anyone reading this review consider giving them a call.
