Incredible customer service and response times. My windshield was cracked and needed replacement. Jose provided a transparent quote and even gave me choices between OEM and generic glass. Prices were in line with other vendors but the best part was that he came directly to my location, which made it so convenient. He was fast to respond via text and completed the glass replacement and sensor calibration in 1 hour. Afterwards, he emailed me the full invoice and gave me instructions on how to work with my insurance to get reimbursed. Highly recommend J & J.

J &J Auto Glass and Yelp were awesome for me. I needed to replace the cracked windshield of my truck. I looked on Yelp and found J & J Auto Glass with their MANY 5 Star reviews. I requested a quote and within 10 mins was contacted with a flat rate and the amount of time it would take. They said they could come to me at my place of work that very day! In fact they had a time slot of only a couple of hours later! They even had a glass with the top edge tinted at no extra cost! Although they were not the least quoted price they were in the general quote amount I received from other auto glass companies and they were worth it. They finished in less than an hour and even put my antenna back on that I removed for their convenience. It's been a week and a good car washing later. No air noises and no leaks. Quick, convenient and quality work. I highly recommend.

Responsive communication, competitive price. They come to you, which is very convenient. Installer came in the scheduled time window, and completed the install in about 10 minutes. So far repair is holding up well in the rain.

My car window was smashed overnight. J&J responded straight away and came back with a competitve quote. They were able to come to me to do the replacement, which was a huge time saver. and saved me knocking out all the safety glass. The technician arrived on time and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company for any future needs (although I do hope my car is not vandalised again)
