These guys are dishonest. They do not operate 24/7 as they claim. All you get is an automated response in the chat, where they suggest you call or fill out a form on their website to get on their schedule. But their form is just a way to collect your information; you will never actually get on their schedule. I don't know how good they are at their job, but lying right from the start when introducing a client to their company is a bad sign.

When my AC stopped producing cold air, I contacted several contractors via Yelp. Jazz was the only one able to schedule a visit on the same day. Diego arrived in a few hours, diagnosed the issue quickly and professionally, and provided several options for repair and improvement. He demonstrated transparency and expertise throughout the process. Excellent service!

Summary: if you have an HVAC system older than 5 years or you don't know the age, they can't service it. If you need water heater services in the sacramento area, they can't service it.
I had the intention of using this company because they advertised services for water heaters and HVACs - two birds, on stone, and great reviews. But when I called to make an appointment, I was told that water heaters in the Sacramento area is not a service they provide even though it says so on the website. Ok fine, I still wanted HVAC services though. At the time of my first call, I answered all the necessary questions about the home and system - what I didn't know was the exact age of our system but I told that operator we bought our house 3 years ago so I didn't know the age but it wasn't brand new. The operator went through with scheduling an appointment anyway, sent reminder texts and emails and all was good. Then I get a voicemail from someone saying they have questions - questions I already answered during the first 15 minute phone call, so I figured must have been a mistake because they have all the info. When no one showed up for the scheduled appointment, I called only to find out the appointment was placed on hold because they do not service systems older than 5 years old. Since I didn't know the age, they wanted ME to send THEM a picture of the system that's ON MY ROOF for them to decide whether or not they can come out... Nowhere on the website does it say they only service systems less than 5 years old. I've been misled to think this company offers services in my area when in fact they don't, and I'm incredibly upset at being made to feel like I'm the one in the wrong for having my appointment put on hold because they needed information that I already provided. On top of which, what's the percentage of people in this area who have systems less than 5 years old?? I'm sure once the service people actually come out they do a good job, but I wouldn't know because no one ever came out. I STRONGLY recommend they do a better job training their phone staff - both regular and after hours staff - so I don't waste 2 hours of my morning waiting for someone who isn't going to show up. Brandon came out and diagnosed our issue and he was professional and polite. The office called the next day to schedule my a/c repair and they did a quick and complete repair. I highly recommend them.

After only a day of requesting help on yelp, Jazz took my request on and sent out Carlos the next day. He shared his wealth of understanding of the issue, and gave me a reasonable quote and immediately started working. Although it was a cold morning, he worked quickly and skillfully handling the numerous issues, and fixed the issues completely. I would def recommend Jazz for your plumbing needs and they even accept credit card! Thank you Carlos for your expertise in the matter!

My heat pump was over 15 years old and finally failed during a heat wave. Jazz got me scheduled for a replacement within 48 hours and got the full installation job done in half a day. I didn't expect that level of prioritization, but I am deeply grateful for it because it's hard to deal with days on end of triple digits without AC. These guys are definitely locked in. Replacing a HVAC unit is always expensive, but they offered really reasonable financing options so I'm all set with a 10-year warranty and a very cool house during these unprecedented heat spikes. The sales team and installation crew did honest and good work and even fixed an issue (at no additional cost) with a condensate line that a different company had detached and never reattached when I had a reseal and insulate done last year. I think finding people who can do good work like this is already hard enough, so finding people who can do good work and be trustworthy enough not to nickel and dime you for every single thing is basically unheard of in this day and age. So, book these guys while you can.

After using Jazz for a re-pipe project under the house, I called them again for some plumbing issues inside the house. I called yesterday about toilet repairs as well as a water line leaking under a sink. Samuel came out today and gave me a quote and had the repairs done in about one hour. I will definitely use them again whenever I need plumbing work done.

These folks are terrific. They responded on the day of my call and were actually a little early. He was able to diagnose the issue rather quickly and fortunately he had a replacement part in his truck. He verified a few other items ensuring they were working properly and also checked the freon level. Great out business.

Had a fantastic experience with Aaron from Jazz. Our water heater was acting up, giving us inconsistent temperatures during use!
Aaron showed up right on time and quickly figured out we were missing a valve and the heater was set in wrong mode. He knows his stuff, sorted it out swiftly, and even gave us tips on how to avoid issues down the line.

Our 30 year old gas furnace stopped blowing air last week so I called around to get someone to take a look and Jazz was able to send someone out the next day. The technician, Rich, was very friendly and was quick to identify the issue. However, given the age of the furnace, he recommended a full replacement, which I was considering anyway. He walked me through the various options and patiently answered my many questions and made calls out to his boss when he didn't know. All together he was onsite for over 2 hours by the end of which I felt comfortable enough to sign a contract for a new heat pump.
