Juarez Tires and Brakes

We had issues with our brakes after a road trip. We called Juarez Tires and Brakes and they fit us in on a Sunday despite the fact that they were very busy. Abel diagnosed the problem, communicated well and repaired it all at a great value. Definitely coming back in the future! Gracias Abel!!

Got a flat visiting the city and was referred by Anthony at San Francisco Mobile Tire Guys. Juarez had my tires in stock when no other place I called did or they weren't open. The guys there gave a reasonable quote, and provided a good and quick service within an hour of showing up with no appointment.

When I tell you I was in awe with this place. I'm not the best with cars so I go to multiple shops and get quotes to see who is playing me. One shop wanted to charge me 2.5k!!! Lol I'm a female so know I'm out to get played. I needed the following;

I went to couple others in the city and it was 2k the lowest 1.9k I was loosing hope till I called this place $1,200!! They were so sweet and kind. They were a family and the dad was super understand of my situation. Broke college kid.

I also lost my card so had no way of paying till a week from drop off which I felt so bad. He understood and was like it's okay pay what you can now if you can and then come back when you have it figured out.

Quick to respond and very respectful. Needed help on Super Bowl Sunday. Looked up nearby tow companies on Yelp and made contact with a few. Juarez responded within 15 minutes. Chose him as his pricing seemed more fair than the other two companies. There was a third that replied he was down until the Super Bowl was over. Would use again without hesitation.

Came in to Juárez Tires & Brake on a busy Wednesday morning. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Joel who was helping another customer at the time, but asked me to wait a few minutes and he'd be right with me. After a few minutes, he came over and asked what services I needed. I explained a weird noise was coming from my tires after I got them rotated while getting an oil change at another establishment the week before. Without hesitation he started checking my car, and determined I had on the wrong tires for my car. I also requested a tune up as I have never got one before and he was very open and explained there was no reason for me to pay for a tune up if I had already gotten my filters and oil changed a week prior. He did take a look at my front brakes and recommended that I changed them due to worn out brakes. I have no knowledge about cars, but Joel was patient and made sure he took his time to explain everything so that I could understand what was being done and what I was paying for! To top it off, their prices are very reasonable & I can now drive with peace of mind knowing my car was well taken care of. Definitely recommending this place to family & friends!

It's raining on a Sat and I have (had) a popped split tire and 3 other tires ready to burst. Every place I called told me to schedule an appointment for next week and quoted me $700-$900. This place told me to come right in, I did, they had me out in 15 minutes and a charge of $480. This is not a large place with the TV and florescent lights like I am use to. You outside, but they are very nice and brought everyone a chair. I am so so thankful.
