Omar F.San Francisco, CA11Sep 5, 2021If you ever in a flat tire jam on a Sunday and Monday is a holiday Juarez tires and brakes are there to help. They open at 9a and they do the work on the spot just a little patience required. Highly recommend them they do really good work and will get you long weekend back on track. They also brake wheel locks if needed.

Pricing for services appears fair, I didn't feel that they were trying to upsell me on anything. Overall, would go again and would recommend!

I had two nails that needed to be patched. I took them in and got them patched. It was fast and friendly. It wasn't until I got home where I noticed that my brakes were pulsating. After two opinions, my rotors were warped because of over-tightening. After about two days, I had to replace my rotors and front pads. Not cool. To add to the fire, the guns they use to secure lug-nuts also scratched my rims in multiple areas. Thanks for taking care at a really low price, but I'll skip it in the future.

Jose R.San Francisco, CA8485Jul 1, 2021After a bad experience at Big O Tires on S. Van Ness, where they didn't have time to asses my car, just put in some air in a tire, I drove over Juarez Tires. Juarez assessed my car and right away recommended two new tires. It took them 15 minutes to install them and I was on my way. Great service, friendly people and good value. I'll go back. They also speak Spanish. ¡Gracias!

My first experience with Juarez was the replacement of my four tires, I bought new tires because the used ones are not guaranteed. I was pleased with their services. What followed was a nightmare. Juarez said he was a mechanic as well, i believed him. Four repairs followed, three of which required serious attention after I drove off. Be careful with this establishment.

hello good evening to all who read this type of comment i will be honest with reference to the problem with jeanne just 3 simple things 1.the vehicle needed to replace a seal because it was leaking oil which was replaced in my workshop by my mechanics. 2 the problem is that the seal for some reason had a manufacturing defect because my responsibility was to respond and replace it again at no cost, everything was super good, no more problems. 3 at certain months she came back with a totally different problem in her vehicle she needed to replace the engine cover a totally different problem than what we did. And I understand that she is upset now she returns her car is losing coolant she thinks that it is my fault at no time it is my responsibility the cars are like this they should understand how human beings from one moment to another get sick I write all this because I do not want to lose my reputation as a mechanic i'm an honest person thanks.

Princess M.San Francisco, CA674May 4, 2021Updated reviewI I had to pay out of pocket to replace two sensors that were broken from them doing my car on the street when they had a whole shop to work on cars in but they decided to do it in the sidewalk. Beware.... I would not recommend this place it's cost me more money.

Apr 19, 2021Previous reviewI went to get new tires put on and they did the work on the street was the first red flag then I had to come back four day later because the tires was loosing air So I went to another shop and they did a check and they told me the tires were not put on properly and that they broke the sensor on my tire wheel that should've been replaced because all people who does tires know that you're supposed to replace the sensors because sometimes they break when you are putting a new tire on a rim. So I called back to speak to Juel and I told him like hey the tires were not put on properly I need to come back and he proceeded to tell me no you're wrong you have a nail in your tire and I said no there's no nail in the tire you guys rushed put it on in the street and it wasn't put on properly and you broke my sensor and I need to bring it back to you to fix it because if I get it fixed at this other shop they're going to charge me extra Juel told me no that's not our problem. It has only been seven days since I got the tires. This is very bad business and I would not suggest going here.
