The Heaven on Earth is my sweet go to here. Note this store is inside Macy's on the 8th Floor.

The best juice press! Orders always perfect. Worth the trek to the 8th floor. Jonathan and Anthony are amazing!

A little hard to find, but its inside the Macys on the 8th floor. I had a great almond butter acai bowl as a meal replacement and it really filled me up. They've got a lot of other healthy options for smoothies too. $11 is a lot for a smoothie but the quality was good and probably worth it. I'll be back...

Pretty good but kinda pricey. Nonetheless unique and worth a try. I remember getting one on a hot summer day and it was soooooo refreshing

Sluggish. During the lunch hour rush (around 12:30 - 1:00) Inconvenient. Pricey. I'm so DONE with this Juice Press that I signed up for yelp just to rag about it.

There were only two people working behind the counter which is fair, but it shouldn't take 7 minutes for ONE order when you have only 2 people in queue. I can get a deli sandwich in 7 minutes. Probably less than that. That is 3 minutes short of a full cooked lunch from Korea Town.

The guy making my order took his sweet time washing every blender in the back (I waited a good 2-3 minutes for that) and then fumbled with the rest. Maybe he's new. Another fair point. Don't put a new person out during rush hour or at least have better back up for him.

This could've used better time management, better teamwork and better prioritization.

The girl AFTER me got her order before I did for crying out loud.

I get my smoothies from Juice Generation during the morning rush with only 3 workers running the shift in front and a queue of upwards of 6 people in less time. And for less money. The only reason I even went here is because there isn't a Juice Generation in the area.

So I think this Juice Press needs work. This isn't the first time I've been to this location where the attitude wasn't professional enough or the workers weren't suited to the lunch rush hours. During a separate incident, I've had to wait for one worker to stop chatting with his friend at the counter (she wasn't even ordering) before he finally acknowledged his customer (uh ME). This is the first time that the inconvenience and unprofessional-ism was just plain aggravating. Lunch is short. I have to go out of my way to even get to this Juice Press. Given that it's the only Juice Press in the area and it's on the eighth floor in the godforsaken maze that is 34th street Herald's Square MACY'S I think some re-evaluation is in order.

Definitely not worth the eighth floor trek. Definitely not going back.

      Updated review

Right off the elevator on the 8th floor of Macy's. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Service and products (juices and food items including the kale chips) are consistent with other locations, except they don't carry MILF (my fav smoothie that - in Juice Press terms - stands for Mothers interested in learning food). The location is new and clean with a small seating area.

I'm a fan of Juice Press in general and I had to write a review for this place to chime in in response to Austin D's irrelevant negative review that Yelp should take down because it reflects a user's personal vendetta has against Juice Press corporate and has nothing to do with this location. This location is great.

There may be a little bit of sticker shock as with other locations. Juice Press is not cheap but high quality and delicious. You should try the samples in the fridge.

I needed to make a run here for my boss on Friday morning--they open at 10:30 AM (supposedly lol) and I got there at 10:30 and no one was there. I figured no problem, they just opened, I'm sure they'll be out shortly. Five minutes passed, then ten, then twenty, then half an hour--if the drink had been for me I would've been annoyed. But it was for my boss so I was FURIOUS. Because, due to circumstances beyond my control, I was going to have to go back to him empty-handed. I dunno what the service at this location is like when the employees are there (I imagine it must be at least marginally better than it is when they're not there) but this has me royally PO'd. Won't ever be coming back to this location and I'll warn other interns not to as well. Not worth it if you're in a hurry.

It is nice to have a healthy food option while shopping in Macy's Herald Square. Friendly knowledge staff and you get to sample some juices before you buy.

Inside Macy's at 8 th floor . Employees were nice. Offered me some fruit topping on top of my raw oatmeal, which might not sound that great but was actually really yummy .
