We had a major plumbing job and obtained 3 bids. We chose KC Home Service because of their reputation and honest report about the work that needed to be done. They completed the work beyond expectation, on time and on budget. We now have a system to last a lifetime.

Quite possibly the best service I've received. It was 90+ degrees out and we thought our AC was broken. The technician Michael G was fantastic and he educated us on some maintenance tips. But it starts with a caring first call connection with Sydney (cannot thank u enough), and also Virginia for making it all work. Felt like I had a team on my side. Turns out the unit is ok and everything is now working. It's my daughter's bday party tonight and we have a comfortable home again. This was my first time working with KC Home Services and I will 100% use them again! Easy 5 Stars.

Every person I was in contact with was very professional and friendly. Luis came out to service my 2 ACs and 2 furnaces. He exceeded my expectations and the type of service and cleaning he did was something I had not experienced before from other HVAC service companies. He provided me with pictures he took for my records.
I highly recommend them for any service they provide.

I wanted a small, local company and am very happy with my choice of KC Home Services. From Rickey, to Virginia, to Michael coming into my home, throughout the process, their team is conscientious and helpful. Virginia was prompt and reached out to me, regarding timing and arrival of Michael. He was great, solving the problem and explaining what happened, as well as how to avoid a repeat of the problem. I'm very grateful to all!

Our air conditioner stopped working and Lia was able to get someone out to us ASAP. Luis the technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix our air conditioner on the spot.

I've been using them for over two years now and if they did more than plumbing, heating/cooling, I'd use them for that too.

Their work is exceptional but what I appreciate just as much if not more is their customer service. It's rare to find great service these days and here, you're putting your money towards a company that genuinely cares about you as well as issue resolution. They're not happy until you're happy!

I had replaced a segment of duct where rats had made a nest and it had awful odor.
Brooks evaluated and made recs and Mike and CJ did the work replacing the segment.
All involved ,including Virginia, were professional and skilled . I highly recommend them to anyone.

Don came to flush our tankless water heater and inspected our plumbing. He found a leak in one pipe and determined that a second outlet needed to be connected to the outside. He performed both of these repairs well.

Don was thorough, explained what he was doing, and was helpful. He knows what he is doing.

We were kept updated on when he would arrive.

KC plumbing is amazing! I called because we had A leak dripping from the second-story bathroom down through the air vent of the first story bathroom. We weren't sure if it was coming from the roof or from behind the sink because there was no visible water outside the piping. KC plumbing literally came within a few hours of our phone. Call and treated us as a priority. Didn't expect that kind of treatment on a Friday. Don and Connor were wonderful. So respectful, intelligent, and informative. They made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way, and did not stop working diligently until the job was done. They were so great. We actually signed up to be members! I highly recommend this company!
