Olivia G.El Dorado Hills, CA4137224Feb 14, 2023What an amazing delicious time we had at La Capital Latin Cuisine Restaurant in downtown Sacramento, California. We celebrated Valentine's Day with great food and tasty mangonada I had the fajita plate with chorizo beans and rice and my husband had the Carne Asada plate. I didn't take a picture of our dessert, but it was the Churro cheesecake with vanilla ice cream and I definitely will recommend that dessert to anyone. It was so delicious. our waitress was very attentive and sweet. She made sure we always had what we needed, and it really made the night a special one. I love their customer service. The vibe at this restaurant was super cool because it was not only a restaurant, but also a cute bar to hang out at.

They definitely were overwhelmed and I know the place is new but it needs to run better. Nice ambiance and decor. I ordered the $27 carne asada plate and it was disappointing. Not pictured is the puréed beans and white rice. Steak was overdone, no homemade tortillas. Additionally on our visit the kitchen ran out of cochinita and modelo. Not sure if I will be back here...
