Came to try the birria ramen. Initially I thought it was going to be mostly broth with not much noodles and even less meat. But I was wrong! The cup was packed with meat (60%) and noodles (40%). It was very filling, I only ate half. It was a little too salty, but the flavors were good. The service was good as well. They were all kind and even though there was a line, it moved quickly. You order from the truck and there was only outdoor seating. I was a bit confused about that since there was a building and it was such a hot day. But the building was closed to the public and only employees were going in and out with their key.

This food was absolutely delicious. I love the thought that went into every detail of the business. It's centered around a pink theme, and it is visible throughout the packaging and the eatery. Even down to the paper that the food is on top of, their logo is included. On the plastic bag, their logo is included.
I couldn't decide on what to get, so I got the tacos and the quesadilla. The tacos were delicious. There was a lot of flavor, the meat was moist, and everything tied well together. There was just enough cheese. The rice and beans were really good. I think this is a staple and something I would recommend and order again.
The following day, I had the quesadillas. Those were even better than the tacos. The portion was just enough. The meat was moist, the flavors were present in every bite, and everything was flavorful. I am so glad I tried this place because it is absolutely delicious and I will 100% be coming back.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 10, 2024
Friendly customer service.
Food was amazing!
Agua Fresca had too much peeling in it for my liking but the taste was good.
A little expensive but reasonably priced considering it is a food truck.
I really like how they have a seating area for you to enjoy your food there. We received our order quickly which is a plus!

One of Sacramento's most popular foodie destinations includes the vibrant @laminibirrieria offering one of a kind recipes packed with flavor.
This Mexican Mother-Daughter business duo is of great inspiration to many entrepreneurs and will soon have more reasons to celebrate with the upcoming opening for their long awaited restaurant.
Stop by their current location for a taste!

They're in a truck next to their original location and they will be moving to their own bigger building later this year.

It's a cute compact little restaurant attached to a Latin market with hot pink IG worthy decor. Sometimes the lines can be out the door and the parking lot it full. The service is relatively fast and efficient for how busy they are. Several small tables are indoors and a few picnic tables are in the parking lot under a tarp.
Quesabirria tacos are generously filling, tender and juicy. Consome (comes with the a la cart order) is very complex, maybe a bit too salty. The tacos itself are not salty. Delicious orange spicy hot salsa (maybe habanero based?) that's so flavorful! It kills me every time I use it but is worth the pain.
Amazing churro cheesecake, which sells out early so get it when you can. Their banana pudding is very thick and rich, more whipped cream forward than banana. A variety of aguas frescas are available, my favorite is the strawberry horchata.
Going back for the ramen next time but dang their tacos are addictive. - Stephanie D.Sacramento, CA131521Aug 30, 2024
Let me say this I have been coming here since they were in a smaller location they moved to the next door establishment where Rico's pizza used to be. The food is good quality the Ramen is a tad salty but I keep coming back, the pink vibe is nice. The churro and animal cracker cheesecake taste good very soft and creamy. The staff are friendly and efficient. Would recommend this place like it a lot.

I was on my way home and saw their food truck in my neighborhood. Had not heard of the business and it was lunchtime. I decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did. The service was great, they were helpful when I was asking for about the menu. Sadly, they were out of churro cheesecake. I will be trying it when they are near my area or when I have a chance to go to their location.

Holy cow....this place has the best tacos ever. I also loved the flavored horchata. It was hard to believe I got this quality from a food truck.

Glad to have found this hidden gem! One of my friends recommended this spot since he wanted to try it after seeing it on TikTok. When we reached, we were pleasantly surprised to see how popular it was on a Saturday way after the lunch rush (around 4:30pm). There was a line, but that luckily moved quickly! This is definitely a hole-in-the-wall place as the indoor dining area is quite small and there's limited outdoor seating, but we could tell that this was a local favorite.
The birria tacos and horchata were delicious! Really affordable and authentic tacos. The birria broth was flavorful and the quantity was enough for at least three tacos. Three tacos definitely filled me up considering how well-loaded these were.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Feb 5, 2024
Decided to stop by La mini Birria since it's down the street from my work place. Stopped by during lunch and it wasn't busy. I ordered the Birria Ramen and 2 Quesabirria tacos, I had called a head of time to order. The person who picked up told me it would be ready in 5 mins, which I thought was awesome.
I got there was food was already ready. The inside is a cute small pink restaurant and I love the aesthetics, it was great! While checking out, I also wanted to order a drink, the front staff was nice enough to give me samples of the horchatas. I tried banana, strawberry, and coconut. I felt like the banana was way to sweet but the strawberry and coconut was so tasty! I got a mix of strawberry and coconut.
When I got my food the first thing I did was taste the broth and I was disappointed...I felt like the consumé wasn't seasoned enough, even with salt. It kinda just tasted like tomato water. I'm not sure what happened if they tried the broth yet because I came when they opened or something happened, I was highly disappointed after reading the comments on Yelp. The portion was good though for the noodles, it was just the meat I felt they didn't put much. The tacos were great. I'd love to try other things, but maybe next time I'll try the ramen again to see if there's a difference.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 2
