As always this place is fantastic! Though this is the first review I'm leaving. I called ahead after finding a bolt in my tire.
They were honest with me about my tires and worked with my request. Many places will try to convince you that you need multiple tires, but when I told him straight up that I couldn't really afford it and I was hoping that he could give me a genuine assessment of the safety of continuing on with just one tire replacement, so I could determine if I really needed to use money I don't have. .
Thankfully he told me that I'd be ok, though that my back two tires were getting close in the next few months to needing a replacement and that I should save up for that. I drive for Uber in San Francisco and have had 3 blowouts in 4 months, and then this tire. The tire also had a chunk missing from the sidewalk. I expect that I'll need to replace a several damaged tire before I wear them down. I am genuinely grateful that they didn't screw me into new tires I'd just damage in a few months anyways. I paid $60 in total for a used tire on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. As opposed to other tire places that had tires for $120 each plus installation and recommended I replace 2-4 tires.
It took them 15 minutes, and I came 45 minuets before closing.
They take Apple Pay.
I will be coming back.

I had the pleasure of visiting Larkin Bros tire shop to have a slow leak in my tire fixed. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service and expertise provided by the staff.

Upon explaining my issue, the staff quickly got to work, inspecting the tire and identifying the source of the leak. They explained the issue to me in detail and presented me with several options for how to proceed. I ultimately decided to have the tire repaired, and they got to work quickly and efficiently.

Throughout the repair process, the staff kept me informed, explaining each step of the process and ensuring that I was comfortable with their approach. They even took the time to inspect the other tires on my vehicle, ensuring that everything was in good working order.

When the repair was complete, the staff took the time to explain the warranty on the repair and what steps I could take to prevent future issues with my tires. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and overall just a pleasure to work with.

I left Larkin Bros tire shop feeling confident and satisfied with the quality of service that I received. If you're in need of tire-related services, I highly recommend this shop. The staff is professional, courteous, and extremely skilled at what they do. Thanks to Larkin Bros tire shop for taking such great care of my tire!

I got a flat due to piece of metal in the tire. I went and got it fixed quickly. Great customer service and good pricing for service. Will recommend to friends in the city.

After many years of loving Larkin bros, they just changed my wife 51$ for 7 mins work to change a tire. Ouch - gotta find a new place :(

I am in my sixties so have several decades of experience owning and maintaining cars in different states in the US. The service I got from Larkins was probably the most blatantly misleading that I have ever received. They basically put me in a position where I had no choice but to pay $150 for replacing a tire when all I had was a flat that could easily have been repaired.

I went to them for a slow leak in one tire. After making me wait 90 minutes, they told me that they do not repair tires that are over 6 years old. I have never ever heard that rule in all my years of owning cars so it is probably something that they have invented on their own to gouge customers. Well, by the time they told me that, they had the tire off the car and had taken the nail out so the tire was unusable without being repaired which they refused to do. So, I had no choice but to buy a new tire from them - could not even drive it anyplace else to get pricing.

If they were actually interested in safety and not making money, they would have told me right up front that they do not repair tires over 6 years old. I would then just have gone someplace else.

Very devious dealings - never going back to them again.

Excellent, honest, friendly service, I had a screw in my tire and they were able to see me right away. They removed the screw, and with no leaks found they leveled off all tires no charge! will certainly continue to see them in the future

My car was pulling to the left and a few people recommended Larkin Bros on Nextdoor and now I can see why...they are amazing! Fast, affordable, the guys do great work and are really nice, and Jason is super efficient and a super hottie....what more could you ask?!? Definitely get your car fixed here!

They're always quick and honest. I've been here twice with two different cars and had good experiences both times.

Larkins Bros is my go-to spot for tire needs (mostly from nails in my tires). They are honest, efficient, and fair in pricing and treatment. I've been going here for the last couple years and always appreciate how easy it is.
