Lifesavers are really are the Lifesavers!! I've called almost about 25 to 30 transportation companies on New Year's Eve day evening time to help me take my grandma home. Lifesavers were the only transportation company that we're not closed early or could not make it. They showed up within less than an hour. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing helping my grandma onto the gurney. They made sure my grandma oxygen tank was on and even at the house. They helped me put the oxygen tank on and asked us if she was breathing OK through the oxygen tank. Very respectful, very professional. I will be definitely be using them again.
Thank you lifesavers!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

-0 This is the worst Company I have ever encountered' please don't call them to use. They sent out two guys who didn't k ow how to transport a person. And we're so rough with my father who was 95 years of age. Please be aware of this company!

In my position in company, I am responsible for occasionally setting up wheelchair transports for my clients. Today was the first time we used LifeSavers and they are the new company of choice. The staff is professional and respectful and our client was so impressed with their services. The client gave me a review and has requested them back for next week.
They are my new provider of choice. Thank you Otie!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - CJ B.Oakley, CA16136Feb 4, 2020
Heni was the driver during the service that we had and he was great! He made sure that we were comfortable and checked in whether or not we were ok. I was with my client who was paraphlegic and he drove us safely to and back from our appointment. He also waited for 3 hours and was totally fine about it. He is a good driver, we'll use their services again.

Today was the first time I ever had to use a transport service and I couldn't be happier. My dad was recently placed on hospice and it has made it very difficult to get him out. With covid I was a hesitant to use any public transportation so I found this place. The man I spoke with over the phone was very nice and accommodating being that I called at 9pm and need service by 12noon the next day. Moving forward the day of the transport, the young guy Luay that came to pick up my dad was a total sweetheart !!! very pleasant and caring. He showed up early and we were not quite ready and waited very patiently. The entire ride he talked and made us including my dad feel very comfortable. He was very gentle how he handled my dad treated him as if it was a family member. I am so pleased that I went with this service. I would recommend this to anyone that has a love one and is in need. Thank you again Luay we really appreciate you. Keep up the good work.

I used their transportation for my mother. They were on time, very courteous and respectful, and most importantly their professionalism was outstanding. My mom received the proper attention and care she needed. I highly recommend them and if anyone needs to be transported to any non emergency appointment, LifeSavers is your go to Non Emergency Medical Transportation.

This company was awesome. We had stairs leading to the front door to transport my mom to the hospital. Upon calling this company, Odi answered the call, gave me the info and I made a reservation for them to pick my mom up. They came right on time, two very friendly gentlemen. They strapped my 92 year old mom in wheelchair and had equipment to ease her down the 16 steps of her house. There were 2 of the family members who were able to ride along with my mom to the hospital. The rate was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thank you for the fine service!

Terrible company that over charges patients . They do not charge off of their pricing sheet and adds $50-$100 . Basically they are charging patients extra if they have to travel far to them. Mileage is supposed to be charged for the time the patient is in the wheelchair/gurney Van. Not add on fee's for them getting to the patient. Save your money and Call a trusted transportation company.
