Picture this: it's Sunday afternoon. Your water has been shutoff for 2 hours while trying to replace a leaky stop valve. Your wife is getting upset because she can't use the restroom since the main water valve has been shutoff.

I can't figure out what's going on, so end up calling Local Rooter & Plumbing. They squeeze me in for a last minute appointment after finishing up their last job.

Duy and Quang were able to quickly identify the problem. It turns out that I had overtightened on the compression ring on the stop-valve so much that I deformed the copper water supply line. They had to to cut and extend the water supply line. It costed a bit more than the original quote but was worth every dollar.

I highly recommend them and will use them again. Also special shout-out to them for taking off their shoes as soon as they entered my place.

We had an issue with the water valves that are hooked up to our washer, and since Duy installed a new main water valve in our front yard last year, we called him up. He wasn't available to come by, but he sent Alex over to our house the same day to check it out. Alex suggested replacing the valves and left to get the parts, and the problem was taking care of after just 15 minutes to replace the parts. Alex is quite the character and a very personable guy. Duy and his team did a great job replacing our main water valve last year, and I would absolutely recommend these guys if you need their services. There's a reason they have very good reviews on Yelp. They are professsional, know their 'stuff', and both Alex and Duy were a pleasure to deal with.

Had several problems around the house including water leaking into the bathroom vanity, our garbage disposal not working, and us wanting a quote for changing our water heater.

Jaime came to meet me and hands down is one of the most honest, hard working, and humble dudes I have ever met. He professionally assessed each problem and took the time to explain what he thought was going on or what the problem was and best of all, his help and advice was not centered on how much money they could make but what was best for us. I walked away very happy from the visit and will continue to call on Local Rooter in the future.

They charged me $650 to not fix the problem. My kitchen and bathroom were backing up and they tried to have me schedule another $250 session the next day to run a camera. I called $15 Sewer and Drain and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes and only charged me $15! Don't trust this place! I'm angry!

At 9 pm to run a snake they charge $605. Be careful guys

Both of our bathrooms backed up and my tenants had JUST moved in. I called around frantically trying to find a plumber at 12:30AM on a holiday weekend and Duy answered and was out at the property within 30 min.! He's fairly priced and transparent. He was very communicative throughout the process. He wasn't able to clear the line so he didn't charge fr work and not even for the emergency call because I contracted him to return fr additional necessary work. I will be using him again in the future. I recommend calling him for any plumbing needs. Thanks, Duy!
