This company was amazing for our plumbing job. They went above and beyond by helping me out with things that weren't even on the contract. They even came back the next day to ensure there were no leaks. Thank you so much, I will definitely be recommending this company.

Our kitchen drain got clogged and despite my own best efforts was not able to unclog it, of course this was Friday night. Ricky came by the next morning and had it quickly fixed with his pro tools. Very courteous and professional.

Jaime came out the same day to check a clogged sewer pipe. It turned out roots had blocked the entire thing and they couldn't jet it or break up the roots with a cutter. They ended up having to replace the whole thing and did it quickly and with a fair price! Will absolutely use them again for plumbing needs!

My parents house fire sprinklers pipe was broken and water was bursting out. Local Rooter & Plumbing's Dewy helped out immediately and was able to get to my parent's place and temporary fixed the problem! He was very nice to explain the entire situation to me and without charge. I am so grateful for the help he provided especially during this pandemic.

I've used their services twice and find the team very responsive, reasonable priced, did a quality job, polite, and good to work with.

I had a clog in my garage drain - folks from Local Rooter and Plumbing were super-responsive, they replied within 20 mins and were working on it the same day. (Did I mention it happened on Saturday?)

I moved in a apartment that been vacant 2 yrs and our tub in the master got clogged and took hours to drain. I reached out to Local Rooter & Plumbing late in the evening and they arranged to be over early next morning between 10-11am. Jaime came to our rescue and was completely professional and explained everything he was doing as our previous plumbers didn't really talk to us at all. He even cleaned the tub when he finished which was beyond great. He also gave us little helpful tips for the future if this were to happen again and how to catch it early on. If I ever need a plumber again I will absolutely call Local Rooter & Plumbing. Thank you guys so much for being professional, so very kind, quick, and great overall.

I woke up to some water dripping down from my garage ceiling. Overnight the water collected to about a gallon. Sent out requests on Yelp and chose Local Rooter to come by for an estimate.
Alex from Local Rooter showed up in about an hour to look at my leak. We decided to make a 8"x8" diagnostic cut right below the leak and it was spot-on. The source of the leak was right there; a pinhole leak from a three-way connector. The job needed a three-way cut to replace the joint. Overall the job took a bit over an hour with rough patching up of the ceiling. I always thought my dentist's fee is high until now. This plumbing job's rate is almost twice as my dentist's hourly fee. Almost $400 to fix this straight-forward leak with about $10 in parts. I'm glad the leak is repaired in the same day but this cost is a bit outrageous so I won't call on Local Rooter next time for my plumbing need.

My parents had a bad back up in all showers and toilets on a Saturday afternoon! I called Duy, and him and Jimmy were on sight within 30 mins! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining what he was going to do and a couple of further steps if that didn't work! He had the right equipment and got the job done with in 20 mins! Amazing job and thank you!!! A true 5 star on service and attitude! Thanks Duy and Jimmy!

Called Local again because we had the same problem. Tai came out within 45 minutes and did the job quickly and efficiently. He explained what was going on after triaging the problem. I STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!
