I went to buy a bbq grill today I asked an employee for help in the bbq section I told her which one I wanted from the assembled models outside. She svanned the model told me 17 available I was yes I know theres no ticket to bring to the counter, she responded go to customer service they'll help you. At customer service both employees there Sarah n Brandis told me I needed to have the item#. So after taking a pic with my phone I got rung up I needed a propane tank also at this point they haf me wait 10 minutes toget a hold of someone to unlock the grill and pull a tank. Neither of these two could care less about customer service. The girl who showed up and ended up helping me with my purchase was very helpful. I forgother name unfortunately.

Terrible customer service .customer always wrong. Cashier refuse return
First excuse over 90 days. ( that is the order day. I received items , 4 months later
Second excuse. Special order only 39 days. This is an online order faucet , not a special order !
Third excuse , manager too busy , no time to talk to me.

It's almost a year & they have drop the ball completely.. they acknowledged that I was charged incorrectly for labor., contractor had no right to ask for additional labor without clearing it with Lowe's.

I told Lowe's adviser 75 gal, give me your price to get job done to code.. parts , labor at his San Bruno location
I realize certain up charges as subcontractor came & did on site analysis.. 628.00 additional..
Awesome plumbing Inc..sung the owner did the work. Came back Saturday & didn't have extra earthquake strap so I drove to Home Depot to get. We had talked in morning & I asked him if he had strap.. apparently he mis understood me.
Sung work looked nice & will see what city inspector says soon..his review will come soon

I was returning a kitchen exhaust fan that we have ordered online. It was 36' and it did not fit. I came to the Lowe's San Bruno store for that. It took me more than an hour to return it. At first, they said that it was too late. Then they called a manager to authorize it. Then another manager. Then, they said that I had to return it to the Bayshore store because that was where it came from. I protested that I have ordered it online and can return it to any store. To no avail. Then, I took photos of the people that I was dealing with. Oh boy, they did not like that. They started repeating that I have delete those photos. And then they called a supervisor who explained to them that I can return it to any store. Terrible experience with incompetent employees. After the refund, they asked again to delete their photos. I said that I will do it after they delete me from all the videos in their store. That was how we parted.

Your website states you have 14 pieces of a part I needed but when I get there 10 minutes later there are none. Just an empty spot at that location. Store personnel did not have an answer either. Home Depot's website states they had 15 pieces of a similar part and when I got there they were all there.

Run don't walk away from this store if you need a new major appliance. I am on the verge of going back for a refund due to 1) the incompetence of store staff; 2) incompetence of PREMIER LOGISTICS to properly schedule delivery and installation. And 3) lack of store staff that shows up to work causing a time wasting battle to even order an appliance. Others were standing around waiting for service while I was finally being helped.

We ordered Luxury Vinyl Planking for our condo in San Bruno, CA on June 29, 2023. Tyler Heron was the flooring specialist how helped us choose and to order. Tyler displayed friendly patience and was knowledgable about Lowe's flooring products. Tyler helped us make the big decisions about which type of flooring and underlayment to purchase. Also, we appreciated the auto voicemail from Lowe's when our flooring arrived at their location in San Bruno. Sales assistant, Moki, also was helpful in obtaining my details for the pickup by our contractor. We highly recommend Lowe's, which also provides 10% off for U.S. Veterans.

This story has a rough beginning but a happy ending! We visited the store and bought a new refrigerator. When it was delivered, we saw a couple of dents in the door and decided not to accept the unit, planning to buy another of the same model. But trying to get to the right person via the Lowe's "telephone tree" was a nightmare, so we returned to the store in person. Sil, the salesperson we dealt with originally, sorted everything out quickly. The new fridge was installed and is running very well. The moral here: deal with live human beings for the best results.

I purchased a brand new dishwasher two months ago that has not worked. San Bruno Lowe's doesn't care. They told me to call whirlpool to replace a broken part of a brand new dishwasher that they(San Bruno Lowe's) sold me at the same time I purchased two other appliances. Now, there's a second part of the same dishwasher that doesn't work. And I still haven't been able to use the dishwasher. This is wrong bc this is a brand new dishwasher. Btw, I purchased my appliances through Progressive Leasing. I wonder why Lowe's Home Improvement enjoys selling appliances that are lemons to their loyal customers. Lowe's, don't you feel guilty for selling a non functioning dishwasher to one of your customers? I wonder what your CEO will think of this review? I also wonder what Progressive Leasing will think about San Bruno lowe's selling their customers appliances that don't work. Lowe's you don't even deserve one star.

I had a dryer delivered this week. It doesn't work. Called Lowes and after 20 rings, the call drops completely. Buy from someone that will answer their phone. I guess I have to drive there in person. Terrible customer service at Lowes in San Bruno.

The worst service. Impossible to reach anyone. Nobody answering calls. Wrong item delivered and I'm calling to schedule replacement for two days with no answer. Will never use Lowes again.
