Christina is the best stylist, I can't say enough about my incredible experience with Tina! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and listened attentively to what I wanted.

Her haircut & color exceeded my expectations - stylish, modern, and exactly what I had envisioned. Christina's attention to detail and friendly demeanor make her a true gem. She's been my go-to stylist for year, even when I've seen other stylists due to my overly booked schedule I always end up back in her chair for color corrections so she can fix other stylists work, and I couldn't be happier after my appointments with her!

Holy cow where do I begin? First of all the location is amazing, very nice little spot, not too busy, easy to find decent parking. The salon itself is very nice, I loved the interior, their little patio was very pretty. They have a nice skylight towards the back which adds some nice natural lighting (perfect for those selfies we all want to take after a satisfying hair appointment). I got my hair done by the lovely Stephanie Fimbres and let me tell you she knows her stuff. She worked her magic on my dark brown w red undertones head and brought out the most beautiful blonde that has ever graced my head. I've always dreamed of having blonde hair, and like not just a touch of blonde, like most stylists like to do but fully blonde, and I've never been as satisfied as I was with Steph's work. She worked tirelessly for over 6 hours!!!! Somehow after the amount of bleach applied, with all of the conditioning treatments and immaculate styling, my hair felt HEALTHIER after the transition which I have never been able to say after bleaching my hair. So so SO satisfied and excited, and the amount of compliments I've received is OVERWHELMING! I am forever grateful to her and for sure won't be going anywhere else to maintain this beautiful hair I'll just let the pictures do the talking though!

My regular stylist in Sausalito broke her wrist and won't be working for some time so I needed to find someone new - boy did I get lucky! The receptionist was so accommodating and helped me set a same-day appointment with Laurie Stone. Laurie did a beautiful full tint in a warm golden brown that really goes well with my skin tone. Next Anna washed and conditioned my hair with a masque till it was silky soft and then Laurie gave me a lovely new cut - as I have poker straight baby fine hair this was no mean feat!
Next weekend I am going back for some highlights to add a little lift and texture! Really like the vibe with exposed brick walls and high ceilings - great place to hang out!

Clifford is an artist. He transformed my covid main into a stylish, clean, beautiful look. With appreciation for my long locks, skillfully preserved their length while cleaning off the damages ends. I've booked my next appointment. Thank you for bringing out my hair's natural beauty.

Kimberly is now at W's Salon, Santana Row San Jose. It is very unprofessional to not give info on former employees who are no longer working in the area. For those special services, San Jose is only 1 hour on a Saturday or Sunday morning, our daily commutes are longer than that!!

I should ask Yelp to add more stars, as 5 isn't enough for Kwandee! He is a master with the scissors, and artist with color, and a great man all around. I will not tolerate anyone else with my hair!

MC23 Salon is the ultimate experience in quality, sophistication and customer service. The location and environment are conducive to relaxation and enjoyment. The minute you walk in the door, you will feel completely taken care of.

Christy is an amazing colorist, the best I've ever found. She takes the time to explore options to achieve the best results. Her talented approach to coloring and highlights leave my hair looking sophisticated, yet very natural. I walk out feeling like a million dollars, refreshed, bright and energetic!

I highly recommend all the services at MC23. You must experience this place, you will not be disappointed...ever!

I've been meaning to write a review on MC23 for a while now. I've been to this salon twice, and both times, I had a mediocre haircut and a relatively unwelcoming experience. I've since moved on to another high-end salon that made it really clear how much better the whole experience can be. There are so many excellent options for hairstyling in Marin County, I can't recommend this particular salon.

Highly recommend Vanessa at MC23. She does a great job with color... a true hair artist. She is professional, friendly, and talented. The salon is warm & welcoming. I look forward to my return!

I went to Stephanie @MC 23 and I absolutely love the way she did my hair! She took the time to talk with me first and listen to what I wanted and was able to incorporate her professional knowledge in with what I was looking for. I wanted an easy hair cut,that doesn't require a lot of work, cover the gray and have it look natural. She definitely nailed it! I can honestly say that at least once a day people comment on my hair and ask me where I get it done. They are often surprised to hear it is colored because it looks so natural. I always tell them they definitely need to go see Stephanie at MC23! You will not regret it! The ambience of the salon is really nice too. I love the modern Decor and the warm feeling of the salon. I also love the courtyard off to the side of the salon. I never get to sit there too long because they're always on time but it is really pretty. Thank you Stephanie for making my hair look so great!
