Peter was the best driver I could have asked for! I hope that I can ride with him again. He was on time, interesting to talk to, and warm hearted. He's clearly very passionate about his career, and it made my day all the better.

I would definitely recommend anyone to use Million Services -- they were incredibly accommodating for a unique driving request for me, and they've been so kind and professional.

The wonderful reviews below are spot on! We rented an lux exec bus for a trip to Sonima for a special occasion this past weekend. Millions doesn't disappoint. The shuttle bus was comfortable and clean, which provided the perfect ambiance for our long anticipated day of wine tasting. In particular, our bus driver and guide, Diane, was the BESTEST! If you get the chance, ask for Diane. She made the experience that much more enjoyable. Thanks so much to Reese, as well! He even gave advice for how to handle a larger group -- which destinations in Sonoma made the most sense. When we do this again, and I hope we do, Millions will be our transportation. (5 smiles)

Reese was extremely helpful when booking and made the process seamless. He also provided recommendations on wineries and validated our choices. They also provided the best rate and quality of service from all the places I estimated out.

During the trips, Peter, our chauffeur, was an absolute rockstar and went above and beyond my expectations.
-He always took care of the entire limo of 7 girls and made sure that anything we needed was taken care of
-He stopped extra places to get the best views and pictures for our memories, and even views of the Golden Gate Bridge which we didn't know existed
-He was extremely knowledgeable in wineries in both Sonoma and Napa and helped us refine our itinerary throughout the day
-He kept us on schedule and would call wineries if we were needing to modify a reservation or check in if there was somewhere we should go to make sure they could accommodate
-Checked in on us at wineries and got extra pictures. Making sure we had everything we needed

These are just a few examples and I can't say enough about how impressed I was. I will be calling him any time i am in the Bay Area for my transportation needs! Thanks again!

This is a super late review.

My now husband and I were looking for a luxury limo company to take us and some friends up to Napa for some wine tasting in sort of a combined bachelor/bachelorette party. Reese was super helpful and responsive from the beginning! He is knowledgeable about wineries and can give lots of recommendations. When the number of guests (combo of men and women) was looking a little full, he upgraded us to a larger limo party bus at no additional cost! Day of, our driver came to our pickup spot early and had the party bus all cleaned and ready for us with chilled champagne and glasses! In fact, in between winery visits, he'd clean up the mess we make and give us new clean glasses! He was a very good safe driver and super nice. We had a great time!! Would definitely call Reese again if we wanted to splurge for a party bus to wine country again! :)

This company came through when no one else could! When all the kids plans feel through I found myself needing a limo to fit 8 anxious teens on the way to prom with only 4 days notice. Not only did this company come through but the car was gorgeous and the limo driver was professional and courteous! The gentleman who booked the service (Reese?) went out of his way to make it happen for us! Great company run well, my highest praise!!

Star, our driver for our wine trip tour day was amazing! She was professional, on time, easy to communicate with and very patient with our group. We appreciated how flexible she was with our stops along the way, and how easy it was to send her a text when our party was ready to leave so she would have the car waiting at the perfect time to pick us all up for the next stop. The best service I've ever had at any price. Super affordable and reliable! Kea and Mike, our driver and host, were professional in every aspect of our booking; on time, dressed appropriately and they catered to our needs. We needed help with the surprise and they were both kind enough to assist. Hell, they were even in our photos lol.
The bus was immaculate! It fit our group perfectly. There were only good vibes and positivity the entire time. We never felt rushed or a bother in any way. I've been looking for a reason to book them again and you will not be disappointed when you book them too.

I was shopping around for a limo for my best friend's birthday. I had no luck from the 10 limo services I called as they were all booked. When I called Million Services, Reese, immediately accepted my request. He understood I was trying to have a surprise and also had our kids with me, so he knew they would love it! He was very friendly and funny. Made me feel excited about the event. His deal was very competitive. He even accepting throwing in some balloons for the birthday. I also had asked him to switch the champagne to apple cider as I had kids, they took care of that. Limo was clean, everything worked. Dale, the driver is such a kind gentleman, very patient and drove very smoothly. He showed up on time and was accommodating. The day was a blast, the limo was a hit with the birthday man and the kids ! I will definitely use in the future if needed again. Thanks Reese and Dale for making the day special!

Amazing service! After contacting a dozen companies, Million Services was able to accommodate my needs for my daughter's prom. They had a Sprinter van for all 14 teenagers and it was perfect!!! Adrian was their chauffeur and he was flexible, friendly and made their time super fun. I will definitely use them again.
