    • Q:

I'm Vegan so I order off the Vegan Menu but I never get the boba because I can't find a definitive answer on this: Does the Boba(Tapioca pearls) contain gelatin? Thanks!

      A:

Boba doesn’t not contain gelatin. It’s vegan. Thank you for reaching out to us!

Can I be holding my dog inside while I buy a drink to go? Since it's summer I don't want to leave my dog inside my car(obviously this situation is me having to bring my dog)

      A:

I've never seen anyone inside with a pet. I would either call the business & ask or leave your dog home, in a nice cool environment while you go grab a Boba. 😊

This bubble tea shop is absolutely amazing! They offer a wide variety of drinks, each with its own unique flavor. Whether it's the classic pearl milk tea or the innovative fruit teas, every option is a delightful experience. The ambiance of the shop is very cozy, with stylish and warm decor, making it a perfect spot for hanging out with friends or enjoying some alone time.

This morning, the service was exceptional, thanks to the friendly and attentive young lady who served me. She made sure everything was perfect and added a personal touch to the experience. The staff always provides excellent service that makes you feel right at home. Whether you're there for the delicious tea or the relaxing atmosphere, this place is a must-visit for any bubble tea lover!

Every time we've come here we've been so impressed with the milk tea boba and their other bobas and how it was made (creamy, flavorful, perfect boba - we've ordered at least 3 different flavors but multiple times)

But for the FIRST time when we went today (7/21 at 5ish pm) it was HORRENDOUS. I never knew boba could taste THIS horrible. And what was worse my husband drove 20 min to get me, his pregnant wife, boba (40 min round trip) and now hes going back to ask to remake it because it's completely undrinkable and we paid for the extra large size!!! despite asking for full sugar levels, less ice - the drink tasted like 10% sugar, 90% water like a completely diluted drink that was made with water but brown color, absolutely disgusting. I usually will NOT waste, or would not be willing to waste another hour driving for a less than $8 drink; but I couldn't even try to drink it because that's how bad it was. I don't know how their quality could go from AMAZING the last 5+ times to this level of horrendous unless there is someone BRAND NEW who forgot to add all the ingredients for a basic milk tea.

I'm so disappointed because I was craving their boba (and I recommended to 3 of my friends) but now this horrible taste has been imprinted into my brain and it makes me question their quality assurance when they make their drinks. WHY IS IT NOT CONSISTENT?!

So upset, but I'm sure my pregnancy hormones aren't helping since I was so excited about their drink, and it just ended up being the worst drink I've ever had.

UPDATE: my husband went back, the workers were very very nice and apologetic. They tried the batch my husband commented on (original milk tea)and they agreed they didnt know why it tasted watery and that this is not typically how it tastes and that it may have been made in error. They did say they could make a new one but it could take an hour and the other flavors would also take at least 10 min. So we ended up getting a completely different drink all together (a slush). We commented they they should get rid of that batch because they will lose business if someone tried that boba for the first time (not sure if they did throw it out or not as my husband left after). But they were very kind so we appreciated they were apologetic and acknowledged something was wrong with the batch, but it would've been nice to be refunded for having to come all the way back and for not being able to get the drink I wanted.

There is only one thing I get here every single time and it's the lychee coconut twist mix slushy. It is amazing. The large size is way too big next time. I will have to do the medium size. It's always crazy busy here, but the service is really good. It's very small probably only about 10 seats in the whole place so you will likely have to take it to go. There is always a long line here.

Honestly I'm not the biggest fan of boba but I came here for a coffee date and what I got was plenty good and I was happy that I could ask for light boba.

I did want to shout out the owner/manager though who was very kind. We ended up staying for a few hours and actually almost shutting down the place and throughout our visit, the owner/manager kept coming over and checking on us and giving us water cups and asking if we wanted food. She was very sweet and if I were to start getting boba on the regular, I would come here because of this woman.

It's been a long time since I've stopped in here for a Bobo & was craving one the other day. I also have a GC that one of my friend's gave me for my bday last year so I wanted to use that. Their new menu is huge & very busy. I was trying to find the Taro slush that I LOVE but wasn't sure which one it was so I just told the guy what I wanted. He asked which size & I told him.

I saw their small food menu posted & noticed that they were out of a lot of their food. I also notice they now carry some cute Boba merchandise. Cute Bobo stuffed animals, stickers, earrings, key chains, etc. That kept me busy during my short wait for my drink. It was a little busy in there but I didn't have to wait long.

#1 Boba is still my favorite & #1 Boba place to get my Taro. :-)

No. 1 Boba Tea Eastern is located in the same plaza as Target, specifically next door to Dynamite Korean St Food & Sushi/ Grill. Because my husband and I were going to make a to go order at Dynamite Korean St Food & Sushi/Grill, we decided to come in for some tea.

We walked in yesterday night, 5 minutes before they were closed. We were greeted by an employee behind the counter. The employee said we could still make an order. We ended up ordering:

32 oz White Grape Oolong- My husband ordered this drink to be made with 50% sweetener and no ice. My husband's tea was oversteeped and watered down.

24 oz White Peach Oolong- I ordered my drink to be made with 50% sweetener and no ice. Just like my husband's drink, my tea was also oversteeped and watered down. I didn't even finish it and tossed it.
      --------------------------------
      (Total= $14.41 after tax)

I appreciate that we were still able to make an order when this business was going to close. But one thing that I did not understand was that a couple came after us and got their drink before we did.

I don't know if this tea house can make a good fruit based tea and don't see myself coming back here in the future.

      Overall: 4.5/5 (dine in)

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This boba store isn't cute, hip, or modern but their food & drink were solid and better than expected. They have a huge, but easy to read menu. The cashier guy provided great customer service as well.

Duck Wrap ($6.95): We were expecting this to be subpar because of the low price point but it was actually really good! The duck wasn't overcooked, they use the right amount of sauce, and their asian flaky pancake wrap was crispy.

24 oz Iced Sakura Hokkaido Milk Tea ($5.50): Wow, you can really taste the sakura in this drink and it doesn't taste artificial. My husband is picky with his milk tea ever since he became lactose-intolerant but he agreed this was one of the best milk tea we had.

Returned to the area and so pleased to see how much this location has improved in terms of store design and layout and menu offering!!

There is a hot food / snack menu that has been added and also sell boba giftables.

The boba drinks are as delicious as always. And the service is excellent and friendly!

      So glad to come back!
