My mom is a 93 years old snd currently bed-bound. With different Home Health Aides in the home we had la problem with bed-bugs in the past. Recently there was another claim made by a Home Health Aid. I suspected this claim was used to get money for a service my mom would receive for free from the Management Company. As, the Home Health Aide continued to solicit money for service related to bed bugs, Marianna knocked on the door. She began to inspect my mom's home and spoke with the Home Health Aide. The surprise look on her face suggested she was inciting a deep concern for possible bed bugs. Marianna eased my concerns which was incited by the Home Health Aide . Marianna educated her about bed-bugs as well.
Marianna is always professional, caring and my mom is always glad to see her. Marianna is a very kind and caring person. Her disposition is always pleasant. She is extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled in her field. Marianna is a tremendous asset to NYC Pest Control. I wish there were more people like Marianna in this world. Thank NYC Pest Control for hiring a person with a high moral standard.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company. Bill was straightforward, honest, hard-working, conscientious, and above all effective. He worked tirelessly to solve our pest problem, and he was completely responsive and helpful whenever we called or texted with questions. NYC pest control has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Over the phone they were extremely helpful at all hours of the day. They answered my many questions and comforted me over a bed bug issue. They worked around my schedule and made sure that I was well taken care of. Once Billy and his team arrived, they not only did a thorough job spraying and taking care of my bug problem, but also Billy calmed me down and was very kind to me even when I was stressed. NYC pest control actually cares about their clients. I have never worked with someone so patient and helpful.

Listen, when you get bedbugs, you enter into a *relationship* with your exterminator that goes beyond blasting those lil bastards into oblivion. Angela, Billy and crew definitely do that while also being professional, supportive, and giving that extra TLC that you need at such a time. They were prompt with follow-up visits and helped out in other ways. One guy came back to patch holes in our walls created when we had to rip out our son's infested loft bed (oh yeah, it was bad). Another guy, incredibly, schlepped our gorgeous solid-wood headboard down three flights of stairs out to the garbage (like I said, it was bad) -- SINGLE-HANDEDLY. I have no idea how, but he did it. That's the kind of mindset they have at NYC Pest Control. They're also less expensive than other services. Very satisfied!

Billy was great! I found a mouse in the house and freaked out, after calling a few companies I found nyc pest control, they were prompt and provided excellent service. Billy and another tech inspected my entire townhouse and found possible entry points that I wouldn't have even noticed. He was very reassuring and very calming. He was very knowledgeable and very understanding and accommodating when using traps/poison since I have pets. He was very honest and didn't want to take advantage of my mouse phobia. I would highly recommend billy to inspect your home even as a preventative option.

There are not enough good things to say about this company. Angela was prompt and professional in all communications (and believe me, I had a lot of questions). Bill was sincerely concerned and took the time to educate me re: how to control bedbugs. These are not only experienced and thorough professional exterminators but good folks. There are lots of other highly rated Yelp reviews re: companies that prey on people's ignorance and charge outrageous prices prices for cookie cutter service. NYC Pest Control's services are extremely effective and reasonably priced. If you have bedbug problems, call them. They get the job done quickly at a fair price plus they are kind and caring people.

This is a company about service and detail. They not only rid you of your pest or vermin problem, they follow up and treat you with curtesy and respect. Their knowledge of the elimination of problem insect, bugs and other critters is amazing and they freely
share how to keep the pests away. Their pricing is great and covers a lot of services. If you own a home I highly recommend a yearly contract for seasonal checks to keep your home clean comfortable and free of things that crawl, climb and hide behind your walls and bedding.

I believe it was Billy who came to my home. Angela was so pleasant to talk to and great about following up. She quoted me $275 for mouse and ant treatment and then they were going to do an eval about possible termites and recommend a specialist. When Billy arrived and noticed how I had already treated for ants, he let me know that I had done what he would have done so there was no point in me spending money with him to re-do it. I thought that was very honorable.
He then went methodically through my home and the building to check for signs of termites and told me he saw no tell tale signs all the while explaining what he was doing and why.
Lastly, he did a safe, thorough and methodical treatment for our ongoing mouse problem taking into account my children and their safety. He even went into my neighbor's apartment and left mouse poison and bait there too.
I felt that this company went above and beyond to address the issues we have with pests and we would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Billy and Brian were incredible! They came four times to commit genocide on these critters (bed bugs), and that's really how long it took, not to any fault of theirs, but because we had an Airbnb subletter who was sloppy and irresponsible, and caused the prolonging of the issue even after they sprayed. It's plausible that our guest was on the one who brought them here. I've been in this apt for 10 years never having had any problem like this. Billy and Brian were totally generous with their time, patient with the situation, and even committed to getting the job done by any means necessary without charging us again and again. They are truly men of their word, as they are passionate about eradicating critters from earth. What I loved most about them was their true knowledge and understanding of bed bugs, infestations, and everything creepy and gross that I want to know nothing more about. They gave us prescriptions for home remedies and safe practices to implement moving forward. They were honest about the fact that the inspector dogs are more accurate, though they produce lots of false positives because of bad animal practices from their owners. They were thorough and detail oriented, and sprayed the bejeezus out of our entire apartment. My boyfriend owns a few thousand records, a life times worth of a collection, and he was scared of losing them all. Billy and Brian taught us home made casings for the records that would keep them safe. They were shockingly affordable against the quotes I got from competitors. I really need to be a legit spokesperson for these guys, because they were the shit. They deserve robust business for their true professionalism and great work. Had it not been for these guys, I would be in therapy because of the stress and anxiety of having to deal with this nightmare. I don't wish this problem on my worst enemy. But should life get beyond your control and you are dealt with this same scenario that I did, please call these guys, and do it right away.

Amazing service! I cannot thank them enough. Angela patiently answered all of my questions by phone and email. This is the only company that put me to ease after calling at least 10 others. We live in a very strict co-op and she went out of her way to prepare us some of the extra paperwork requested. Treatment was quick but thorough and effective. Highly recommended!!
