Excellent service and highly recommended. I was visiting NYC and didn't want to use my valuable time doing laundry. For $20 my clothes were washed, dried, and folded in less than eight hours. This gave me time to explore more sites and have plenty of clean clothes.

I gave this company one star because they do not believe in responding to inquiries. When you phone them, you get a recording that tells you to go to the website. E-mails to them via the website go unanswered. If that is typical of their customer service, I don't want them to do my laundry.

I cannot say enough good things. Being able to schedule using their app is a game changer for me, they have multiple time slots to choose from and allow you to make comments/ directions. They are always timely and super responsive. Everything also smells great and is folded well, and specifications (when made) are followed perfectly. A huge thank you to the very kind man who has on several occasions picked up and delivered over 50 pounds of laundry to my fourth floor walk up--you are a saint!

Great wash & fold service. Laundry always comes back smelling fresh, clean, and DRY - which is exactly what you want! Nothing worse than paying to have your laundry done only to open it and things are still damp. And everything always looks like it does when I do it, which I so appreciate. Nothing has ever come back looking worn out because it's been overheated. Just fresh, nicely folded laundry. Super easy to schedule online, and you can add in requests, like if you want to provide your own detergent. Same day option available. Always quick turnaround. I've had a couple questions and always get a quick response. A+ customer service all around!

My laundry was washed and folded well. The pick up and drop off services came on time and communication with staff was polite and friendly.

I truly cannot say enough great things about on the go cleaners. The experience is so seamless you forget about it completely. Schedule pick up, set out your bags, and forget it. There's also a ton of options to customize your wash with, like low heat dry and free&clear detergent for people with sensitive skin. Rick (the owner) is so incredibly responsive and everyone I've interacted with has been great. I found them when my last laundry delivery service LOST MY LAUNDRY for 24 hours so OTG has been a true breath of fresh air.

I have never used a laundry service in NYC but was recently recommended to try it out by a few friends. A quick Yelp search for a place which services Murray Hill brought me to On The Go, and I have no regrets checking it out.

I tried the Wash & Fold service which charges by weight (currently $1.25/LB). A quick comparison to other local services showed this to be very reasonably priced. Their website is very easy/simple to use. I quickly created an account and then arranged for pick-up in the afternoon via my doorman. The next day, my clothing was delivered to me folded neatly in a nice laundry bag.

Of note, there is a $20 minimum per order and a 10 pound minimum for the laundry service.

Best thing is that you get $10 off your first order!

Overall I was quite impressed and will definitely be using them again in the future.

As a first time client, I spent over $325 on "dry cleaning" from this business. Instead I was returned a full bag of clothing folded--with deodorant marks, and exact stains that should not have been difficult to remove. I trusted this company because of the almost 5 star yelp review and convenience to my area. It does not matter how inexpensive your services are IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR NOTHING. I don't believe my clothing was dry cleaned.

As a stylist who works with hundreds of clients in this city I will never recommend your services. I will make sure everyone I work with knows how your establishment operates.

Poor attention to detail. Charging for services that haven't been completed. Reported to the BBB--Let this be a lesson to you. Beware if you are a prospective client looking for a trustworthy dry cleaning service, this is not it.

If you are not using On The Go Cleaners it's time you do! Without a doubt, they are the most reliable, reasonably priced, highest quality, fastest and trust worthy laundry/dry cleaners in NYC. They truly care about delivering the best service possible and always go above and beyond to do so. We have been using On the Go exclusively for several years with no missteps-yes really! I can't say enough good things about Rick and the On the Go Team.
