I used these folks to help my 88 year old mother fly down to southern California to see her Grandkids for Christmas. It could not have gone better.

Great communication, very precise on the pricing, very helpful with her needs at the airport. If it wasn't for their ability to fiollow through on every step we wouldn't have been able to work the trip out. I recommend them highly.

On Time lives up to their name, but they could also be called "Totally Professional Limousine" or "Immaculately Classy Limousine." The cars were elegant and swanky, they ran a tight ship ferrying my wedding guests back to the hotel from our venue and they were easy to book and pay. I would highly recommend them for any event that you're planning!

Last week we arranged for a ride to the Oakland Airport. Our timing happened to coincide with the large tanker explosion that happened on 880 which closed both directions of the highway. Our driver took a series of back roads that still got us to the airport on time! In addition, our pick up from the Airport went smooth as silk. Both of our drivers were friendly, professional and made us feel taken care of. So a big a thank you and a very high recommendation for OTL.

We just used OnTime Limo for our wedding last weekend. The price was very fair,as we had car service for 11 hours. The limo was kind of a tight squeeze for the 10 of us, but several of us are on the larger size.

The drivers were professional, on time, and friendly. When my mother went to tip our driver, he politely informed her the tip was included. My mom tipped him anyway for being honest.

I would strongly recommend OnTime for anyone planning a wedding. We actually going to use them for car service to the airport for our honeymoon this weekend, rather than pay some cabby 50.00 and have them run the risk of running late. ON TIME GREAT JOB!

Our pick up and trip to SFO from Walnut Creek went as smooth as could be. Our driver John was on time, courteous and efficient on getting us there. Rodger, who picked us up, was just as professional on our return trip from SFO. Their rates are competitive and we would not hesitate using them again.

What can I say that hasn't been said? In the East Bay cabs are unreliable, to be kind. It's so nice to have some accountability with trips to the airport.

Case in point: I hired them in October for an airport round-trip...to the airport was fine...but on the pick-up, the driver was crazy-late...we were standing outside the airport for about 20 minutes, which is forever with three screaming kids...then when the guy finally shows, the car is in a "used" state -- had been driving around a bachelor party all day...trash, half-empty booze bottles, video, etc.

After I complained, OTL comped us the trip. Perfect resolution, but surprising nonetheless.

Just used them again and the round-trip was flawless...we will use OTL exclusively from here on out.

We decided to try On Time Limo again based on the recent reviews. They remembered that we had a missed connection about 18 months ago and offered to make it right this time. The 6:30 am pickup was early and helpful; the airport pickup almost a month later was right on time and the driver even helped bring the bags into the house. Both drivers were personable and skillful. We'll definitely use OT Limo again.

when trying to figure out the easiest way to get to the oakland airport without using our car, i allowed myself to believe that i could be the type of person who could use a car service. at least for a quick ride to and from the airport.

after a quick search here at yelp, i decided to contact on time limousine. they quoted me a decent fare, likely the same as what a cab ride would cost. within a few minutes i had a confirmation number.

as promised, my driver called me a few hours before the trip to the airport, confirming his arrival time.

very friendly chauffeur, dean, arrived punctually and quickly delivered me to the airport. as promised, he rang again, seven days later, once our plane had landed in oakland. he was ready to pick us up as soon as we had finished with baggage claim. a quick trip back home and we were done.

easy. professional. respectful. i will always take a car service now, at least to and from the airport. and i'll be calling on time limousine each time.

We used On Time Limo to travel from OAK to downtown SF (Stephanie drove us) and back again (with Dean on the return). We had an outstanding experience: prompt, clean cars, used a couple short-cuts to avoid traffic, reasonable price--it was an all-around great experience. We will definitely use them on future trips.
