Orozcos Tires

The best tire shop I ever been to! I got a big cut in my tire on the freeway luckily I got off on university and they were 4 min away closest tire shop , they changed my tire with in 15 min and I was on the road again . I feel very blessed to have had them service my car , they had both used and new size tires for my car I got a new one , they are very professional & diligent with how they work. Also very helpful , I would recommend them to everyone I never once left a review for a tire shop but that's how good they were to me! And I got a free pen with my new tire

On a rainy Saturday morning (1/20/2024), I had a great experience with Orozco's tires in Berkeley (1032 Carleton St.). The previous night, I hit a center curve and damaged what I thought was the front tire. AAA responded promptly and replaced it with a spare. The major tire places had a personnel shortage and were unwilling to replace the tire. I drove to Orozco's Tires. They immediately waved me in. To my surprise, they refused to sell me a tire. The tire had survived hitting a curve. They immediately fixed the wheel and sent me on my way in a few minutes and a minimal charge!

What can I say? This is the only place I go when I have a tire problem. These guys don't fart arson's. They have you in and out of their shop as quickly as possible. They are so quick and so friendly I think they're really caped crusaders. I always feel like I'm in good hands with Orozco's! And did I mention, their prices are so reasonable. Thank you for always helping. Orozco's!!!!!

I stumbled upon this place by accident once when I was on a road trip and needed tires quick and for a good price. Since then, they have provided me with such outstanding service that I have continued to trust them for all my tire (and now brake) needs for the last six years. Senor Orozco and his mighty team are always friendly, fast, and economical. I am now fortunate to call Berkeley my home, so I no longer have to drive to get their assistance.

Nice people, good service at a really low price! I highly recommend them. The few times I used them I just drove up and I was in and out in less than 30min. They even came to my home once to deal with a flat (I have one of those stupid cars with no spare, no jack, etc. with a "fix-a-flat" kit which I don't really want to use unless it's an absolute emergency since I'll have to replace the tire pressure sensor after using it).

Orozcos is a family owned tire and auto shop in Berkeley. I went there because my right front tire was not only flat, but also had a bad hub and bearing. They walked me through exactly what parts needed to be changed and price wise, they offered me nearly $200 less than other auto shops in Berkeley. They were able to receive the new hub and bearing the morning after, and also replaced my tire. I picked up my car just a day after I dropped it off, and the gnarling rattling sound of a worn out bearing was gone! Upon pick up, I even was told I'd get $20 off. Highly recommend this business for any work on your car in Berkeley.

I really wish I hadn't used this company. I relied on the really positive reviews. I had new tires installed. Car would shake at high speeds. I took it to them over and over again. They said they rotated and rebalanced the tires each time. But it would still shake. Took it to another service company specializing in tires and the balance was off. So I had to pay for them to fix it.

Save yourself the grief. Pay a bit extra and take it to a reputable company with proper equipment.

I had a slow leak and just showed up. Was in and out in about 20 min. Apparently I need 15 more characters to post this review so I will say they also had a million tires there.

We were 800 miles from home with a flat that could not be repaired. It would have been so easy to upsell us and pressure us to buy a new tire, but he went looking for a used tire, put that on and said it would get us home. It did, and now we can make a long-term decision with less urgency. That's how you do business.

Be aware that used tires are cash only. I will mention that they trusted me to drive away to get the cash I needed to pay for the tire that they already put on. Good, honest, hard-working people.

We have taken both of our cars here for urgent flat repair, both time on no notice, and they are simply amazing. A true community resource!
